"Minato!"
"Alright! Flying Thunder God Technique!"
In a flash—!
Kiyosuke was swapped out, replaced by Naruto. Sasuke also exchanged positions with the Truth-Seeking Balls beside Naruto. Both of them reached their hands toward Kaguya, who was lying on the ground.
Swoosh!
Seeing that things were going bad, Kaguya switched dimensions again, pulling distance between them. This time, they arrived in a space filled with jagged rock, and the sky was a sickly green.
Kiyosuke said, "Another dimension shift? No—this time we can't let her get away."
As he spoke, Hashirama was already mid-air, being thrown.
"Why are you throwing me?!" Hashirama complained, but still launched an attack.
"Wood Release: Piercing Branches!"
Sharp wooden spikes shot out from his palms, firing toward Kaguya. From below, Madara unleashed jutsu.
"Fire Release: Dragon Flame Song Technique!"
Kiyosuke shot into the sky, using repulsive force to accelerate himself. A burning meteor streaked downward!
BOOM!!
Explosions roared one after another. Kiyosuke slammed into Kaguya head-on and sent her crashing through an entire mountain. Amid the thunderous impact, Kaguya coughed blood and hissed:
"Detestable humans… to make me…"
"Humans? I don't think so."
Kiyosuke shifted form—into Ōtsutsuki Urashiki.
"Urashiki? How… how could it be you?"
Terror flooded her eyes. The Ōtsutsuki clan was her deepest trauma—seeing a clansman again, how could she not fear it?
"Go on, guess. I've been disguising myself as a human this whole time just to retrieve your chakra. It's over, Kaguya. Come back with me—no, forget it. Just hand over your chakra."
Kiyosuke mimicked Urashiki's sneering expression, pressing fear into her.
"No! All chakra belongs to me!"
Kaguya would never hand over her chakra—absolutely never. The Ōtsutsuki clan were demons. She would never return to them.
A surge of overwhelming chakra burst from her body. She counterattacked immediately, but an invisible wall intercepted the blow.
Shinra Tensei!
Kiyosuke spun and drove a fist into her, smashing her into the ground. Black receivers formed in his hand—then stabbed into her shoulder and thigh.
"Aaaaah!!!"
Kaguya shrieked in agony. She felt pain—intense, unbearable pain far beyond her limits.
Kiyosuke said, "Don't underestimate what humans are capable of."
"Naruto! Sasuke!"
The two repeated their earlier move—this time, both hands touched Kaguya.
"Six Paths: Chibaku Tensei!!!!"
They roared, activating the sealing technique granted by the Sage of Six Paths.
Six Paths: Chibaku Tensei!
Amid thunderous rumbling, countless stones clung to Kaguya's body, treating her as the core. She slowly rose into the air as massive chunks of rock gathered, merging into a vast sphere that floated high above.
Kiyosuke wiped sweat from his brow and released the transformation.
"Finally… it's over."
"Yeah… it's finally over."
Hashirama sighed. "The progenitor of chakra truly is something else. She was unbelievably difficult."
Her chakra and abilities made her a nightmare opponent—but working together with Madara and Kiyosuke, it wasn't too overwhelming. Fighting alongside Madara again pulled him back to the glorious years of their youth.
Decades had passed in the blink of an eye. It almost felt like yesterday.
Yeah right—more like you died early…
Ignoring Hashirama's nostalgia, Madara said,
"Enough. Next time, don't use Edo Tensei to summon us. Let the living handle the business of the living. We are the dead."
After that final battle, Madara had found peace. All he wanted now was to sleep quietly in the Pure Land—not return to the living world.
"That won't do. You two are way more useful than these two kids."
Kiyosuke snickered.
Hashirama and Madara were far too convenient—he wasn't giving them up.
"You little—!"
Madara bristled, but Hashirama held him back.
"No no, calm down, calm down. He's doing it for Konoha's and the ninja world's peace. Don't get mad. Anyway, Kiyosuke—what did you use as a sacrifice?"
He had always considered the sacrifice aspect of Edo Tensei cruel, disturbing the peace of the dead. That was why he'd forbidden the technique.
"Oh—White Zetsu."
"Oh, White Zetsu."
Hashirama exhaled in relief. Seeing his reaction, Kiyosuke wisely chose not to mention that White Zetsu were originally humans. Otherwise, Hashirama would be emotionally wrecked for days.
"Alright, so how do we get out of here?" Hashirama asked.
Minato said, "I can't sense any Flying Thunder God marks here."
Because this was a separate dimension, he couldn't lock onto any markers. Even Obito would burn huge amounts of chakra moving here—and probably go blind doing it.
"It's fine. Sasuke has a portal."
"Mm. Leave it to me."
Sasuke nodded. His Rinnegan spun, and a purple-black vortex warped into existence before them.
"What a convenient ability," Hashirama marveled.
"Your Rinnegan abilities are all space-time jutsu?"
Madara's interest was far more technical than Hashirama's.
Sasuke didn't show the slightest respect to his ancestor.
"You don't need to worry about that. Just get in. Don't waste my chakra."
"Hmph."
Madara snorted and drop-kicked Hashirama—who was still poking curiously at the portal—right through it. Then he stepped inside himself.
"Let's go."
"Yeah."
Everyone entered the portal, leaving the dimension behind. From that moment on, Kaguya was sealed forever—her thoughts fading into silence...
...
Reappearing on the moon, Hashirama grew a massive forest to stitch the split moon back together. But it was only a temporary fix.
"So this is the Tenseigan device?"
They arrived before the mechanism Kiyosuke hadn't had time to destroy—packed full of Ōtsutsuki Byakugan, used to create the Tenseigan and control the moon's orbit and other functions.
"But… how do we use it?"
Everyone looked around helplessly, lost.
"Forget it—Edo Tensei."
Minato vanished, returning with a White Zetsu.
Kiyosuke used Edo Tensei to summon Ōtsutsuki Toneri, ordering him to operate the Tenseigan device and push the moon back into its original orbit.
Afterward, they buried the Tenseigan device deep within the moon's core, letting it act as a stabilizing nucleus—preventing the moon from shifting again or splitting apart.
After all, Hashirama's trees weren't guaranteed to survive in lunar conditions.
When everything was finished, Hashirama and Madara released the Edo Tensei themselves, disappearing from the world.
As they put it—
They were simply returning to where they belonged.
The Pure Land—the world meant for them now.
