These are just some of the few that influenced me to write or/and took inspiration from. I can't remember each one, so if there are similarities with a fanfic you read, with what I am writing, just go on... no need to state anything, as I said, can't remember everything.

Note: Lacks dragons because the last and only dragon they had during Aurion Draceryos time, died after the escape from Tyrosh. Thus, House Mataeryon swore to ride Dragons once more, only when Tyrosh burns.


Note: They have their dragons (dragon riders) and dragon eggs. They currently have three dragons (two have riders) and five dragon eggs.


Note: One of, if not, the greatest smiths in the world. They smith a very durable, and strong steel. Their craftsmanship(blacksmithing/forging) is said to be second only to Valyrian Steel, of which they can also forge, but only by the grace of House Draceryos. Because Draceryos are the ones who have the monopoly on Valyrian Steel, as it requires Dragonfire and Blood Magic to forge it.


Note: A house who produce great mages (Blood or Fire mages). The Head of the House is always either the Grand Master of the Order of the Blood Dragon (Blood Mage Order) or Order of the Fire Dragon (Fire Mage Order).


Note: The Kostagar's have always been known as a House who have great Captains(Sea Captains) and Admirals. Their knowledge and prowess of the sea and naval battle is almost unprecedented. Now, after the doom, House Kostagar is the only Valyrian House which boasts true Valyrian Might of the Sea. The Velaryons being the second. Head of the House is always an Admiral of the Navy.
