Narrator:
Far away from the warmth of Riva's home, behind steel doors and glass towers, the world moved differently.
Cold. Sharp. Unforgiving.
Black Forge Arms—a name the world feared and respected.
In the heart of Mumbai, the company's main office stood like a fortress. No banners. No noise. Just silence, power, and perfect control.
Inside the top floor, a long boardroom table stretched under dim lights. Men in suits sat upright, tense. No one spoke unless spoken to.
At the head of the table sat Reyansh Oberoi.
Dressed in all black. No tie. No emotion. Just presence.
His fingers tapped the table once—slow, deliberate.
That was the only sound needed to begin the meeting.
Mr. Malhotra (Head of Global Expansion):
"Sir, we've reviewed the demand analytics from the US. After your last product line... the request rate from private buyers and silent clients in New York has doubled."
Reyansh said nothing.
Mr. Malhotra (nervously continuing):
"They want us to open a branch there. A secure one. Discreet. High-end. We can be operational in two months if you approve."
Still, silence.
The air felt heavier. Until finally—
Reyansh (cold, calm):
"Do it."
Mr. Malhotra (relieved):
"Yes, sir. I'll begin the setup—"
Reyansh (cutting in):
"New York isn't India. Don't mess it up."
Mr. Rao (HR Head):
"Understood, sir. We'll assign experienced heads to the team—"
Reyansh's chair shifted slightly. He didn't raise his voice. He didn't need to.
Reyansh:
"I don't want experience."
Mr. Rao (confused):
"Sir?"
Reyansh:
"Hire a fresher. No history. No baggage. No ego."
Mr. Rao:
"But sir, for an opening event—media, logistics, city permits—wouldn't a senior planner be—"
Reyansh (voice razor sharp):
"I said fresher. Skill matters. Not degrees. Not past."
A pause. Then—
Reyansh (leaning back, eyes deadly calm):
"Give someone their first chance… or take their last one away. Choose fast."
Everyone nodded silently.

Scene: HR Department – Later That Day
Inside a smaller office at Black Forge HQ, the HR team quickly began drafting a job post.
Priya (HR associate, typing):
"Okay, what do we write? Something like—'Looking for an experienced event manager for our international branch launch in New York?'"
Mr. Rao (shaking his head):
"No. Oberoi sir said fresher. No experience required. But the skill must show."
Priya (typing aloud):
