"Hyuga… damn it!"
The other ninjas who were congratulating Hayato turned pale when they saw what just happened. They shouted in shock. But Hayato didn't give them even a second to react—his massive arms swung out wide, sweeping through the surrounding ninjas like a giant wrecking ball.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
Some of the quicker ninjas managed to escape using body flicker or substitution jutsu. Others, either slower or more focused on hand-to-hand combat, tried to block the attack by crossing their arms in front of them.
But they had no idea how powerful Hayato really was right now. It was like trying to stop a bulldozer with twigs—completely laughable.
CRACK! CRACK! CRACK!
The moment his arms touched them, there was a sharp snap—bones shattered, limbs twisted. Blood exploded from their bodies like it was being squeezed out of a juice box, splattering everywhere. Chunks of white bone flew through the air, and their broken bodies were flung far away like ragdolls, hitting the ground with a sickening thud—barely even looking human anymore.
"ROAR!!"
Hayato let out another furious roar and stomped hard on the ground—BOOM!—leaving a massive crater under his foot. Then he launched himself straight at the scattered ninjas. Right now, he was a full-on rampaging giant, like a tank gone berserk, out to destroy everything in his path.
"Damn it, is this guy even human?! How the hell does he have that kind of strength?! Damn it!"
They watched as elite-level ninjas—almost jonin—got instantly wrecked by just one swing of Hayato's arm. The rest started to panic. This kind of freakish power just wasn't something people could fight. Their ninjutsu and attacks barely did anything to him. Even if they managed to leave a scratch, he'd heal it in the blink of an eye.
Super strength, immune to most attacks, unaffected by genjutsu, and that insane regeneration… He was a straight-up monster. Everyone around him felt it—the fear crawling down their spines. No one wanted to fight him anymore.
"Run! Get to the Hokage! That monster—damn it!!"
The last remaining Anbu ninja was shaking with fear, his voice cracking into a shriek. He was absolutely terrified, on the verge of losing his mind.
Hayato, now totally consumed by his beast form, heard the high-pitched voice. He snapped his head around and spotted the Anbu.
That Anbu, already scared out of his wits, locked eyes with Hayato's massive glowing green ones—and in that instant, he felt like his soul was frozen solid. He wanted to run, but his body just wouldn't move.
Hayato roared again, leapt into the air, and came crashing down like a meteor—squashing the Anbu into nothing but a bloody smear on the ground.
"Earth Style: Headhunter Jutsu!"
Suddenly, a hand shot out from the ground and grabbed Hayato's foot, trying to drag him under. But Hayato just roared in rage, lifted his foot, and yanked the ninja right out of the earth like pulling weeds. Then with a flick of his leg, he sent the guy flying—WHAM!—the ninja hit the ground like a comet, blood spraying everywhere.
At that point, everyone left completely gave up. They were done. All hope of fighting had vanished. That giant green beast terrified them to their core.
Run.That was the only thought in every ninja's mind. They just wanted to get away from Hayato—far, far away. They never wanted to see that horrifying monster again.
As Hayato watched them scatter in panic, he actually felt… good. These were the same arrogant ninja who used to look down on him, act all superior. Now? They were running for their lives like scared little kids. It felt amazing.
But just letting them go didn't sit right with him. He bent down, grabbed a chunk of rubble, and started chucking it at the fleeing ninja as hard as he could.
Chunks of broken corpses whistled through the air like missiles, slamming into the runners like living cannonballs.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
One ninja, sprinting for his life, heard something behind him and tried to run faster. But in the next instant—THUMP—his whole chest was blown open by a chunk of flying debris. There was now a football-sized hole where his heart used to be—his heart was just gone.
Another ninja sprinting ahead suddenly realized his legs were flying in front of him—because everything from the waist up had been blown clean off by a rock.
THUMP. THUMP. THUMP.
Ninja after ninja got torn to pieces by the flying rubble—dead in seconds. At least from Hayato's point of view, none of them were getting back up.
Of course, a couple of elite ninjas managed to survive using substitution or illusion jutsu, leaving behind fake bodies to fool the monster. They weren't about to take chances—not when this thing might chase them down if they didn't fake their deaths.
