Mermaid Café.
In front of a lavishly decorated cafe, Sephiroth looked at the shop window. He walked inside, and the door opened automatically. Soothing music greeted him. A beautiful rock mermaid, wearing a black bikini and a bubble ring around her waist, greeted him with a sweet smile.
"Welcome, guest!" she greeted. "Do you have an appointment?"
"This is my first time here," Sephiroth replied.
He looked around. The majority of the guests were humans, with a few Fish-Men and mermaids. Inside, there was a large glass pool where three mermaids danced gracefully in the water, receiving loud applause. The mermaids there were very enthusiastic, often kissing the guests.
"There's an empty seat over there. How about you sit there?" the mermaid offered.
"Excuse me, are there any separate private rooms?" Sephiroth asked.
"Yes! But the price is a little more expensive," she replied, leading him to the cashier. There, two mermaids were seated, one of whom was Shirley, who was smoking.
"Manager Shirley, aren't you on a break?" the other mermaid asked.
"I couldn't sleep because I saw something vexing," Shirley replied.
"Manager, this customer wants to book a private room."
Shirley raised her head. Her eyes met Sephiroth's handsome face. Her body trembled. The hand holding the cigarette shook. Shock was clearly visible on her face.
"Room 16 happens to be empty," Shirley said in a choked voice. "I'll show him in. You go back to serving the other guests."
"Alright!"
Shirley handed him a menu. "We require payment in advance. A private room costs 50,000 Belly," she said.
Sephiroth ordered some cakes, ice cream, and sea fruits. He also ordered a hot coffee, and immediately paid. Shirley led him to the second floor, up a spiral staircase.
Sephiroth observed Shirley walking ahead of him. Although she looked young, her calmness and cold face, combined with her clothes, gave her a charming, mature aura.
"My name is Shirley, the owner of this cafe," she said. "What is your name?"
"Sephiroth."
"Your face is unfamiliar. Is this your first time on Fish-Man Island?"
"Yes, just passing through."
They arrived in front of Room 16. Shirley opened the door and floated inside. Sephiroth looked around. The room was equipped with a sofa, a glass table, a spread of white shells, and warm-colored lights.
"Sephiroth, are you satisfied?" Shirley asked.
"Very satisfied. Is it possible to stay here?"
"Ehhh..." Shirley was taken aback. "It is, but the room rental price per day is quite expensive..."
Sephiroth smiled. "Don't worry about money! As long as the service is satisfactory, money is not a problem."
"By the way, could you call some beautiful mermaids to play with me?" Sephiroth continued.
"If... if you don't mind..." Shirley stumbled over her words, a blush appearing on her face. "I can accompany you."
"Hmm?" Sephiroth raised his eyebrows. Through his Observation Haki, he could feel Shirley's heart beating very fast, and he could even sense her shyness. However, he also sensed a faint longing.
"That's great then!" Sephiroth smiled, ready to respond to Shirley's desire. How could I refuse the beautiful cafe owner from coming to entertain me?
