Roland stood on the moral high ground, unbuckling his belt. At such times, whoever opposed him would get someone peeing on their head.
But these representatives were unwilling to easily concede. The mobile forces comprised elite units from various countries, small in number but extremely powerful.
If they couldn't secure sufficient benefits here, they wouldn't be able to explain themselves back home.
Roland was well aware of these people's schemes. It wasn't convenient for him to propose another plan, so someone naturally stood up.
Lisa rose to greet the representatives from various countries, then smiled and asked:
"Roland, how do you plan to organize the mobile forces? How many people are needed, how will logistics be arranged, how will the command structure be built, and where will these forces be stationed?"
"If you don't make it clear, it'll be difficult for everyone."
Of course, Lisa wasn't questioning Roland; she was asking on behalf of the others.
