"Why did you come over?" Mason Nightshade reached out his hands, holding her reddened, cold ears, frowning at the chill in his palms, and rubbed them, "Why did you rush up here without even wearing a coat? What if you catch a cold?"
His tone sounded stern, but anyone with sense could tell it was more about concern.
Aurelia Shaw glanced inside the meeting room, then looked at him, "Mason, I need to talk to you."
Mason's heart skipped a beat under her gaze, "Go warm up in my office first, wait for me for a bit, okay?"
"No, I want to talk to you now!" Aurelia rarely acted so willfully.
Mason pursed his lips, looked at her for a moment, then nodded, "Alright." He turned back to the other shareholders in the meeting room, "You all go out first, we'll continue the meeting another day."
The shareholders were so shocked by the scene before them that they were scared out of their wits, and they all quickly left.
Soon, only Mason and Aurelia were left in the meeting room.
