Seeing the bones inside the bunker, Yulia gradually came to a realization that a riot had broken out in this Doomsday Fortress.
But the cause of this riot was unclear, it definitely wasn't food.
The bunker was filled with bones, if the riot was due to food shortage, the bones would have been piled together instead of being scattered everywhere as they are now.
