He released his hands from the little swan, straightened up, and said, "So there's no need for you to overthink it. I'll take responsibility where it's due."
The little swan lying on the seat had a ripple of emotions in her eyes, and she finally sat up, saying, "What's the point of saying this? I don't need you to take responsibility anyway."
But Louis could feel her mood had calmed a bit, at least she wasn't as agitated as before, so he said:
