Charles has been a bit troubled lately; someone's investigating him for drinking at work.
In fact, this is quite unjust. He's very satisfied with his current situation, so how could he knowingly break the rules?
Having a couple of drinks is his hobby, but it's always after work, and he definitely doesn't drink excessively, so it doesn't affect his next shift.

But this guy was playing cards with friends, lost, and wanted to recover his losses, so he had Charles cover for an hour.
