Peng Baocheng, standing to the side, laughed and said, "Xiao Yin, this is Doctor Bei. You've never met before, so how could you recognize her!"
He thought perhaps Ning Jiayin had been asleep for too long and mistakenly felt Beisitian looked familiar, or perhaps she confused her with someone she'd seen before.
Ning Jiayin was a bit hesitant. Her memory was very good, and though she'd been asleep for almost three years, for her it was just sleeping longer. Most of her memories stopped two years ago, and she was sure she'd seen Beisitian before.
Beisitian smiled, her gaze shifting to the framed piece "Dragon and Phoenix" hanging on the wall above, feeling a bit emotional.
She had noticed the piece hung there when she entered; it must have been Peng Baocheng who put it there, though she didn't know why he did so.
