"Woof woof woof——"
As the vehicle moved forward and the window opened, the barking became increasingly intense and violent. It went from a mere threat of a fight to the dogs seemingly ready to execute someone in the street.
The more A-Ching listened, the more alarmed she became. From the chorus of barking, it was clear that there were quite a few dogs, possibly even enough to form a pack.
"Aunt, quickly pull over; it sounds like the dogs are about to attack someone on the next street. I need to go over and try to calm things down."
The barking grew more urgent, indicating the dogs' excitement was rising to an attack level. A-Ching hurriedly said to Yu Jingwen.
"Dogs are going to attack someone?" Yu Jingwen said, her face showing surprise: "They're attacking people, and you're going over there? Aren't you afraid they'll bite you too?"
While A-Ching and Yu Jingwen were talking,
Ansheng carefully listened to the barking, discerning any useful information among the sounds.
