"Mom, what Mrs. Green?" Liora Hughes asked.
Lucy Eaton hadn't expected the old lady hadn't told her daughter beforehand that she was Jacob Green's wife.
"Our Lucy is indeed Jacob Green's wife, you know Jacob Green, right? That very handsome young entrepreneur."
Liora Hughes was indeed quite surprised, "Really?! I didn't expect that."
"So if Lucy is willing to be your goddaughter, you won't be losing out." The old lady said and then turned to ask Lucy Eaton, "Are you willing?"
"If the Prime Minister and the Prime Minister's wife are willing, I certainly have no objections."
"Since you agreed, we'll go to the temple to burn incense and end with a simple ceremony at your godmother's house. Rest assured, my daughter and son-in-law have very good temperaments. Now that you're secretly married to Mr. Green, when the day comes to meet your in-laws, knowing that your godparents hold such status, they won't dare to belittle you."
