Kai Bright reached out, pushed up his chin, and then asked, feeling deeply frustrated, "Sis, can I ask a question?"
"Sure, go ahead." Sophie Wilson nodded, wondering why her cousin was being so polite to her.
"Well, how did you come up with all this?" Kai earnestly sought guidance.
"You told me, remember?" Sophie looked at Kai.
Kai tried hard to recall, but after thinking for a long time, he couldn't remember when he had said those things.
"No, I didn't. When did I say it?" Kai humbly sought answers; lately, he's been under extra training from Charles Seymour. Could it be that he's so tired that even his brain isn't functioning well?
"You mentioned Hayley's background and history." Sophie looked at Kai in confusion, "Those later conclusions are just obvious, right?"
Darn obvious!
Kai wanted to scratch the wall, wondering why he hadn't thought in that direction.
Looking at his cousin's innocent big eyes, Kai suddenly felt like crying.
Was he just too stupid?
