"WHAT?" I shrieked and immediately rose up to my feet. I couldn't believe what i had just heard. "What do you mean by they might not make it back alive? What kind of battle are they even going for in the first place."
"I don't know the details but i heard the maids talking about it." She said to me in a low voice. "The troops that came to the ceremony to see the Alpha king are men of war Sophia. They're very important in our pack. If they're here then it only means war and the Alpha princes will have to join them too."
"But why?"
"Because it is their duty." She answered. "They're supposed to protect their pack. I'm guessing that the invaders are back again so they have to go to war. I actually fear for their safety. The last time that our pack was under attack, it didn't end well."
