A slight groan escaped my lips as i fluttered my eyes open to take in my surroundings. I was neither in my bedroom and the place didn't look familiar to me at all. I squinted my eyes a little when i felt the migraine kicking in.
Where am i? What happened to me and how did i get here? The last thing i remembered was having lunch with Liam and then going to use the bathroom when i was approached by an unfamiliar lady who tried to fight me for going after her mistress's man, whatever that means.
I remember fighting back with a new found strength i didn't know that i had and then going unconscious afterwards. I pushed the blankets that i was covered in to a side and tried to stand up when i felt two hands holding me in place, willing me not to do so.
"Not so fast my dear." A feminine voice came through and i looked up to see that it was one of the Luna Queen's. Liam's mother to be precise. What is she even doing here?
