Eryndor and Lyra exchanged a hesitant glance. They knew that they had made a sacrifice, but they couldn't quite remember what it was.

Kha'Zix smiled, his eyes gleaming with approval. "You have been given a great gift. Use it wisely. Remember, the power of the Ancient Core comes with great responsibility."

With that, Kha'Zix vanished, leaving Eryndor and Lyra alone. They looked at each other, unsure of what to do next.

Eryndor and Lyra stood there for a moment, unsure of what to do next. They looked at each other, and despite the unfamiliarity, they felt a strange sense of connection.

"I think we should return to our village," Eryndor said, breaking the silence. "We can use the Ancient Core's power to help our people."

Lyra nodded, her eyes sparkling with agreement. "Yes, that's a good idea. Let's go."

Together, they set off towards their village, the Ancient Core's power coursing through them. As they walked, they began to notice strange things about each other. Eryndor noticed the way Lyra's hair fell in loose waves down her back, and Lyra caught herself admiring Eryndor's strong jawline.

They couldn't quite put their finger on it, but they felt a sense of... familiarity. Not quite memories, but a sense of knowing each other.

As they approached their village, they were greeted as heroes. The villagers cheered and celebrated, thanking them for their bravery and selflessness.

Eryndor and Lyra smiled and nodded, accepting the praise. But as they stood there, they couldn't help but wonder... what had they sacrificed to get to this point?

Eryndor's eyes locked onto hers, and he nodded slowly. "Yes, I do. It's like... I don't know, it's hard to explain."

Lyra smiled softly. "I know exactly what you mean. It's like there's something just out of reach, something we're forgetting."
