Both in this chapter and in others, the protagonist does not have too many problems against his enemies, which basically makes the scope of his power unclear. So that it does not feel like he can simply do anything just because, here are the possible feats for each rank.
Some clarifications:
This refers only to mana and to no other stat. Speed and strength are mentioned almost every time he levels up, so I do not find it necessary to include them here. If at some point they are not mentioned, use the rule of three. Endurance is inverse to strength, that is, if 100 points in strength were equivalent to 1 ton, then 100 points in endurance would be equivalent to perfectly resisting blows with one ton of force.
The example is based on what someone of that rank could do by using absolutely all of their mana in a single attack, something no sane person would ever do, but it serves to understand the scope.
The goal of this is that when you see a fight like the one in this chapter, where the protagonist just keeps pulling out spells without worrying about anything, you do not think that the protagonist can easily defeat anyone. He can simply defeat the current average easily, and by the time he reaches what would now give him trouble, he will probably also be able to defeat them, since they would then be the average. I hope that makes sense.
Lastly, I know it sounds exaggerated, and it will probably make you wonder how on earth the protagonist and his subordinates are already capable of doing things like this according to the list below, and it is not a mistake. I feel that the novel is not showing it enough, but whether it is the protagonist or his subordinates, they are very, very far ahead of the average. Normal Lords cannot destroy entire buildings after only one month on Gaia, the protagonist's subordinates can.
Now, the ranks:
Rank F
A normal person without mana, incapable of perceiving it, storing it, or using it in any way.
Rank E
By spending all their mana in one attack, they can destroy an entire house.
Rank D
By using all their mana in a single attack, they can destroy a small building.
Rank C
By spending all their mana at once, they can destroy several buildings or a small district.
Rank B
By using all their mana in a single attack, they can raze an entire city.
Rank A
By spending all their mana at once, they can destroy a small nation.
Rank S
By using all their mana in a single attack, they can destroy a continent.
Rank SS
By spending absolutely all their mana in a single attack, they can destroy a planet the size of Earth.
Rank SSS
They can destroy a planet the size of Earth without spending all their mana, and by using their full reserve, they can destroy several planets before being exhausted.

Kushina was running toward where the ten thousand Iwa ninjas were when another Kushina suddenly appeared beside her out of nowhere.
However, this was something normal in the ninja world, where the cloning jutsu was one of the most basic techniques.
Kushina saw the second Kushina at her side and could not help but show a mocking smile.
"You look very cute."
The second Kushina, running beside her without having said anything until now, also laughed and smiled as if she were truly grateful.
"Thank you, I especially like my hair, it reminds me of the sky dyed red at sunset, beautiful to look at and impossible to look away from. My grayish eyes contrast with it, making them stand out as if they reflected the moonlight at the end of dusk. At the same time, my personality is like that of a cute, stubborn kitten, one that grows attached to people and stays by their side, but if someone angers it, it holds a grudge forever. Once, someone told me I didn't belong in the village, so I decided to become Hokage and shut them up. Once, someone called me weak, so I beat them and proved I was strong. Once, someone told me the ninja world was wrong, so I decided to change it. Once..."
"Stop, stop!" the original Kushina interrupted, covering her face with her hair. With a blush so deep that her face could be mistaken for her hair, she complained. "Why are you saying all those embarrassing things?!"
"You attack others but can't handle being attacked yourself? How unreasonable," said Kaito, who had transformed into Kushina so people would think he was just a clone.
"Shut up, we're almost there," Kushina said, ignoring his words.
Just as she said, a few meters ahead, both of them arrived at a clearing without trees, completely artificial.
The nearly ten thousand men of Iwa were destroying everything in their path, preparing for possible ambushes and artificially creating their battlefield as they advanced, without bothering to hide.
When they sensed Kaito and Kushina's arrival, they all stopped at once and looked in their direction.
"Uzumaki Kushina, I didn't expect you to come on your own, and alone at that," said Han, not only one of the two jinchūriki present but also the only one who still retained his tailed beast, although on Konoha's front they had no idea about that and believed both jinchūriki were still capable of unleashing their power.
Kushina did not respond to Han. Instead, she turned toward Kaito.
"Are you sure you can do this?"
Facing her worried gaze, Kaito only laughed softly.
"I still have some time before I leave, and I don't have to use mana in my world right now, that means I can go all out," he said.
There were two reasons why Kaito restrained himself in battle and did not use all his power, three if one counted the time he did not fully attack Iwa to make them believe he was not targeting the village specifically, but only wanted the tailed beast and was ignoring the rest.
The first was that using a lot of mana, or even all of it, against small fry was a complete waste. No one would use an area attack against a single enemy or a small group. He had other places where he needed it and could not afford to waste it without reason.
But as he had just said, nothing important had happened in the world of Detective Conan for months. Even the occasional killers who appeared near him were manageable with pure stats alone, although to be fair, there was little Kaito could not defeat with pure stats at his level.
The second reason was friendly fire. He could not summon enormous fireballs, a rain of meteors, a flood, or similar attacks without harming his allies.
The way to avoid that was to perfectly control magic so that, even when attacking, it would not harm teammates, or to create huge but extremely precise attacks, not concentrating an absurd amount of mana into something simple like a ball or a beam, but into something more controllable, such as a guided ray that only targeted enemies, or thousands of small artificial creatures with their own intelligence.
That was not just difficult, it was almost impossible. It required an absurd level of control that Kaito did not have.
But with only enemies in front of him, there was no need to worry about that.
While Kaito was thinking about his next move, Onoki used his most powerful attack to deal with Kushina, trying to vent his rage over everything that had happened the night before with that woman about whom reports of casualties kept arriving.
Seeing that Kushina and her clone failed to dodge the attack and remained still, Onoki smiled confidently.
"Yes, last night that person managed to survive somehow, but in the ninja world, my technique is still invincible," he thought, regaining some confidence.
"As expected of the Tsuchikage!"
"Yes, Uzumaki Kushina, who defeated so many of our ninjas, was taken down instantly."
"One move was enough!"
"Wait! In the air!" someone suddenly shouted, noticing something strange.
Hearing that, Onoki had a horrible premonition and looked at the sky.
"No, not again," he thought. His previous defeat had clearly left him traumatized, and thinking about flying enemies made his body tense as he prepared to flee immediately.
But when he looked up, he breathed a sigh of relief. The enemy had dodged his attack and was in the air, yes, but he was not flying. Rather, he seemed to be stepping on it, as if the air had been compressed into an invisible platform.
This was clearly some kind of special technique, impressive, yes, but not as powerful as freely flying through the air.
Onoki was about to fly as well using his technique to reach Kushina, but what he saw next made his eyes widen in shock as his body moved on pure instinct.
"Scatter!" Roshi shouted even before he could.
...
"What are we doing up here?" Kushina asked, looking down at the powerful ninja army that had terrified Konoha and now looked like nothing more than simple ants.
Kaito raised a hand and smiled.
"Watch and learn."
In his hand, a rotating sphere the size of a basketball formed, with energies of various colors mixing and spinning at high speed.
"Hey, that's my technique," Kushina complained, recognizing the Rasengan.
Kaito raised both hands above his head, and the Rasengan that had barely covered his hands before grew and rose higher and higher until its light completely illuminated the surroundings.
The only exception was part of Iwa's army. Due to the closeness between the sphere and Kaito and Kushina, the shadow cast by both covered a large part of the army below, depriving them of the immense light projected by the Rasengan.
Among them, Onoki, right in the middle of Kaito's shadow, tried to flee immediately upon seeing the situation.
"What about now?" Kaito smiled.
"It's still just a bigger version of my technique."
"Better shut up," Kaito replied as the Rasengan kept growing without stopping.
"But... is this really okay?" Kushina asked, watching the ninjas try to flee desperately.
"Are you doubting now?"
"No," she shook her head. "I know we can't change the world without deaths, but still, if we do this every time, how many people will be left in the end? Who will we be saving?"
"Don't worry," Kaito said. "This is only once. It's necessary so they know you can do it. It will permanently reduce Iwa's strength and end this war. Probably, the deaths from today until conquering the world won't compare to those of this moment."
"I understand," Kushina said without hiding her sadness. "And you? Are you okay?"
"Of course, I'm a demon, did you forget?" Kaito joked.
With a simple wave of his hand, he dropped the mass of rapidly spinning energies, whose wind was already ravaging the surroundings. It fell quickly, erasing everything in its path without any kind of explosion.
Thousands died in an instant without any chance of survival, from genin to elite jōnin, from young people to experienced adults, from civilian ninjas to prestigious families. Kaito's attack erased everything indiscriminately.
Below, what had once been a clearing was now a completely empty crater about two kilometers in diameter.
"Ah, this will reduce this world's reward by at least two hundred percent," Kaito complained jokingly, trying to remain as calm as possible.
Even so, notifications kept appearing in front of him without stopping.

[...]
"...to... Kaito... Kaito!"
"Ah, sorry, what is it?" Feeling Kushina's hand on his shoulder, Kaito's previously clouded eyes slowly regained their clarity.
"They..."
"Let's go" Kaito said nothing more, simply taking Kushina and slowly descending to the center of the crater.
Kushina observed the scene in disbelief. Where there had once been thousands of people, there was now only a huge crater, no blood, no remains, only earth and silence.
This silence was broken only when the ground trembled slightly, a crack opened, and a huge rock emerged from it.
It shattered, and three people in horrible condition came out from inside.
Onoki, Han, and Roshi.
The jinchūriki were barely breathing, covered in blood that did not even allow their even more horrible wounds to be seen.
Onoki, the only one conscious despite his severe injuries, looked around with wide, incredulous eyes before falling to his knees and screaming.
"AAAAAAAAAH!"
It was a scream full of emotions, pain, guilt, helplessness, rage.
"No... there aren't even any bodies left..." he said as tears ran down his face.
Finally, he raised his head and fixed his rage-filled eyes on Kushina.
"You are a monster, a demon. You people from Konoha call yourselves heroes, but you are demons. You... you were a nobody before this war, right?"
"I..." Kushina, who had never seen so much hatred directed at her before, stepped back unconsciously, hesitating.
"I am," Kaito interrupted, stepping forward.
"Then I will give you a name. Once, Hanzo named the Sannin in recognition of their strength. Today, I will name you in recognition of your actions.
You are a demon, the Red-Haired Demon.
May your red hair forever remind everyone of the blood of those you killed and be impossible to look away from. May your gray eyes represent your indifference toward the lives of others.
You are a demon, incapable of forming attachments or loving anyone, and one who holds grudges forever.
May you be remembered now and always as the girl who was told to defend her village and killed everyone to do so."
"N-no... I..." Kushina did not know what to answer, but there was no need.
"I accept the name," Kaito said indifferently. "Now die."
Without hesitation, he pierced Onoki's chest, killing him instantly.
"Kaito... am I a monster?" Kushina asked behind him. At some point, she had fallen to her knees and was crying.
"What are you wrong about?" Kaito asked.
"A-about this... about everything... all these deaths..."
Kaito sighed and knelt beside her, placing a hand on her hair and stroking it as if she were a child.
"What nonsense are you saying? Didn't I tell you before? Your job is to follow me and nothing else. If anyone is wrong, it's me, not you. If anyone has to carry the blame, it's me.
And above all, the one who just used an attack and killed everyone indiscriminately was me. So don't feel guilty. The Red-Haired Demon isn't you... it's me."
