Chapter 114 - Chapter 114: She Is Not a Villain

The door of the villa chimed repeatedly—how many times, no one could tell. Su Wanwan rose to answer it, but halfway through, her hand froze. It wasn't the food delivery—standing there was Fu Liangmu, followed closely by Fu Ziyang, who waved at her excitedly. Su Wanwan blinked in surprise. "Why... are you here?"

Fu Liangmu's slender brows arched as he listened to the lively sounds inside. His eyes darkened with a shadowy expression. "Not welcoming me?"

"No, no..." Su Wanwan hurriedly stepped aside to let them in. As Fu Ziyang passed by, she took a deep breath. "Were you just drinking with Xie Cheng?"

Fu Ziyang paused, staring at her in astonishment. "Sister-in-law, you're like a mind reader! How did you guess that?"

Suddenly, Su Wanwan understood why Fu Liangmu had come. It had to be Fu Ziyang, who couldn't keep his mouth shut, spilling the secret.

Inside, Xia Kelan, gnawing ferociously on a duck collar bone, looked up at the noise and immediately shoved the towering pile of shells in front of her toward Xie Cheng. Then, she flashed an exquisitely demure and bashful smile. "Well, hello there, handsome!"

Fu Ziyang watched the entire scene, quietly slipping behind Fu Liangmu. Fu Liangmu cast a cold glance at the overflowing dishes on the table and furrowed his brows. "All this for midday?"

Xia Kelan blinked innocently. "Or would Her Majesty like to treat us?"

Fu Liangmu was speechless—where on earth had that bizarre title come from?

"You seemed to enjoy the food last time..." Su Wanwan murmured, recalling how Fu Liangmu had eaten even more than she had at the snack street.

Fu Liangmu was silent for a moment, then pulled out his phone and casually tossed it to Su Wanwan. "Order whatever you want."

Su Wanwan looked utterly bewildered. "But didn't we just have breakfast? Are you hungry again?"

Xia Kelan chuckled, "Wanwan, you're so oblivious. Fu Liangmu is clearly showing off his wealthy boyfriend prowess!"

Only then did Su Wanwan realize. She unlocked the phone and saw her own photo on the screen. Her hand trembled, nearly dropping it.

"The password...?"

"Your birthday," Fu Liangmu said calmly, a faint curve appearing at the corner of his lips as he watched her flustered expression.

Su Wanwan's heart fluttered wildly as she lowered her gaze.

Xie Cheng, lounging nearby, casually remarked, "Looks like you really understand how to handle men—quite experienced, huh?"

Xia Kelan shot a sidelong glance at Fu Ziyang. "No way, she's a total novice—not even had a boyfriend."

Fu Ziyang rolled his eyes. "Don't kid yourself!"

"I see you all the time at the bar. Every time you show up, you steal all the men away!"

"You vixen!" The mask slipped, leaving Xia Kelan a little embarrassed. Clearing her throat, she said, "I'm not a vixen."

"I just want to give every boy a home..."

Xie Cheng smoothly picked up the thread.

"Oh? Then Miss Xia, why don't you give me a home too?"

Xia Kelan appraised him disdainfully from head to toe, wagging a finger. "As long as the younger brother's handsome, no need to fish for him—sister will jump right in."

"So, you better step aside, old man!"

Xie Cheng suddenly leaned close and whispered into her delicate earlobe.

Xia Kelan shuddered at the lingering, deliberately husky voice. "You haven't even seen my brother—how do you know he isn't handsome?"

She swiftly slapped him across the face without mercy.

"Speak properly! What's with that breathy voice? Got slippers stuck in your throat?"

"If you want to imitate a domineering CEO, you should first check if you have the chops."

"And your breath smells like spicy crayfish—who are you blowing that at?"

Xie Cheng was speechless.

Fu Ziyang watched their banter with amusement, laughing heartily.

Xia Kelan stood, washed her hands quickly, and sidled up to Fu Ziyang, who suddenly lost his smile.

"Wanna play some games?"

Xie Cheng's charming peach blossom eyes glanced their way.

Fu Ziyang waved him off. "No thanks... I'm terrible."

"No worries! Sister's got you covered!" Xie Cheng patted the table. "Don't want the bag anymore?"

Xia Kelan glanced between Fu Ziyang and Xie Cheng, then relented. Bags are money. Money, of course, was more important than men.

Seeing Xia Kelan stop pestering him, Fu Ziyang breathed a sigh of relief. Sandwiched between two pairs, he looked around cautiously. "Sitting still is boring. How about we play something?"

Xia Kelan's eyes sparkled with excitement. "What? I've got everything—nothing like a bar!"

She pulled a large box from beneath the coffee table and produced dice, a truth-or-dare spinner, blocks, playing cards, and various board games.

"I even have a mahjong table!"

"Shall we have a few rounds?"

Fu Ziyang was stunned. "You might as well turn this place into a bar..."

Raising her brow, Xia Kelan stood and drew the curtains shut, plunging the room into complete darkness. The abrupt shift from bright to pitch black strained everyone's eyes.

Su Wanwan's vision dimmed instantly.

Fu Ziyang immediately shouted, "Where's the light? I can't see a thing!"

"Sorry, sorry! I forgot the remote! Wait a moment!" Xia Kelan's voice wavered as she stumbled toward the sofa, fumbling blindly.

"Got it!" She grasped something, but felt something strange.

Xie Cheng's low chuckle echoed in her ear like a shadow: "So? Handsome, right?"

Xia Kelan's mouth twitched. "I'm not right—I'm changing colors..."

Su Wanwan frowned, about to stand, but was halted by a cold hand gripping hers.

"Fu Liangmu?"

She called out suspiciously.

The next moment, his cold lips brushed hers with a feather-light kiss before retreating.

Suddenly, a pitiful scream pierced the air.

The overhead light snapped on, blinding Su Wanwan.

Once her eyes adjusted, she saw Xie Cheng collapsed on the carpet, sweating profusely, curled up and clutching an unspeakable spot.

Holding the remote, Xia Kelan smiled sweetly. "Oops, wrong light."

She pressed another switch. The ceiling lights shifted to a soft, multicolored glow, and deafening music filled the room.

"I'll go fetch the mahjong table. Wait here."

After Xia Kelan sauntered off, Fu Ziyang cautiously asked, "Brother Xie, are you alright?"

Xie Cheng's face was pale. He drew several deep breaths before barely managing to say, "I'm... fine..."

Su Wanwan sat silently, never uttering a word.

Fu Ziyang glanced at her, puzzled. "Sister-in-law, what's wrong? Are you hot? Your face is flushed. Want me to turn on the air conditioner?"
