Series Title: Me and My Bro Got Isekai'd Into a Harsh World, but My Bro Just Wants Gals and a Harem
Episode Title: No Power, No Hack, No System,
---
Scene 1: Afterschool Mock Exam Madness
Me and my bro had just finished our mock exams, and to be honest, our brains were mush.
The sky was turning a soft orange as we dragged our feet out of the school gate. I was thinking about one thing and one thing only: sleep. Meanwhile, Henry—my bro—was mumbling something beside me.
"Isekai… Harem route… Level 99 Demon Lord…"
I squinted at him. "Bro, you just failed your mock test."
He grinned. "So? If I get isekai'd, none of this matters."
I rolled my eyes. "Instead of building a harem, how about building your math grade first?"
Then—
BAM. Truck. KUN. STRIKED.
Time stopped. A weird mechanical ring echoed through the air like a glitch in reality.
Everything shattered into white light.

Scene 2: Waking Up in Dirt and Confusion
I woke up.
Dirt in my mouth.
Back aching.
Eyes squinting against the sun.
I sat up slowly, head spinning. I smelled like a rotting mop left under the sun.
I blinked.
This wasn't the school. This wasn't the city. This was… a field?
Then I heard it.
"Go to status window! System Inventory! Come on, give me a cheat skill! Activate!!"
I turned my head. On
There he was—Henry—standing dramatically on a rock with his arms raised to the sky like he was summoning an ancient god.
Of course, nothing happened.
I stood up and brushed myself off. "You done?"
He turned to me with tears in his eyes. "We got isekai'd… but there's no system!"
"Yeah, I figured. My face just ate mud. You alright?"
"No cheat ability, no HUD, no legendary sword… We're doomed!"
"You sure this isn't just a weird dream?" I looked around.
He pointed behind me. "What's that?"
A village.
We stumbled into it looking like walking disasters. People stopped what they were doing and stared at us like we were infected.
"Excuse me, sir," I asked a passing farmer, "Where are we?"
The old man studied us suspiciously. "You're in the Kingdom of Caelthorn. This is Arinelle village. What are you two wearing?"
Henry leaned in. "He speaks Japanese?"
"No, I don't," the old man replied, still in perfect Japanese.
We looked at each other.
"Auto-translate cheat confirmed!" Henry cheered.
"Looks more like a passive bonus," I muttered.
We left the village, not wanting to push our luck.
As we walked, Henry said, "We've really been isekai'd. This is it, man. Our adventure starts here!"
I glanced at the wilderness ahead. "No power, no hack, no system This gonna be a pain in the Ass."
Later, we found an abandoned building—half-constructed, half-collapsed.
"Used to be a hospital," I said. "Ran out of funding. We can turn it into our base."
Henry climbed up the rubble and raised his arms. "HA HA HA! MY FORTRESS!"
I stared at a rat crawling across the ground.
"…This is a dump."

Scene 3: Real Plans
Henry sat down beside a broken pipe, sighing.
"So, what are we going to do now?"
I cracked my fingers. "Simple. We follow my plan."
He leaned in. "Go on, O' Master Strategist."
"Step 1: Water. Without it, we're corpses. There are three basic purification methods we learned back in school—"
He raised a hand. "Correction: You learned. I wasn't paying attention."
I sighed. "Fine. I'll carry. Three methods: boiling, distillation, and… the permit method."
He blinked. "What's the permit method?"
"I have no idea. I just heard the name."
He scratched his head. "So, boiling?"
"Yeah, for now. Boiling works for small-scale purification. But if we want long-term survival, we'll need to try distillation too."
He nodded. "Where are we getting the water?"
"A river nearby, hopefully. We'll need containers and firewood."
"Got it. What's Step 2?"
"Step 2: Mountains. We gather herbs. Eat some, sell some."
He looked skeptical. "Is that even profitable?"
"Barely. But it'll help us survive."
He laughed. "HA HA HA! As expected from my business papa."
Then his stomach growled like a dying beast.
"…But I'm going to die before we even reach the mountain."
I smirked.
"Welcome to the Isekai Survival Route, Henry. Population: Two."
