Chapter 27 : "Caelestis Notes: 50 Years of Empire Under the Stars"

Strategic Report – Year 26 of Terra-RE01 Expansion Era

More than two decades after the first portal was opened, the Caelestis Imperium has entered a stage of exponential growth. Kenthelion, the supreme leader and founder of the Imperium, has finally succeeded in opening the Second Dimension Portal. The 26-year long journey filled with conflict, diplomacy, and expansion has finally paid off.

By his side, two officers who were once ordinary soldiers have now become battlefield legends: Chris Redfield and Carlos Oliveira, veterans from the Resident Evil world who are now the most feared frontline commanders.

Meanwhile, three beautiful women who were initially only observers have now become Kenthelion's personal assistants. They live back and forth between their homeworld—the planet Terra RE01, which has now returned to normal and is thriving—and the planet Terra Aeterna, the headquarters of the Caelestis Imperium.

Kenthelion stood still.

His mind was not only focused on numbers and statistics, but also on the vision of the future—when the second-dimensional portal opened.

He stepped into the second world. On his right stood Castellan Ursarkar E. Creed, and on his left was Assault Company Commander Kahn, the hot-blooded traitor of the Legion World Eaters. Behind them, a line of Space Marines stood proudly, ready to shake up this new world.

Previously, Kenthelion had argued with the System. After conquering the Resident Evil movie world and exterminating all the zombies, he had earned enough points to do a commander gacha—and somehow, he got Kahn.

> Kenthelion:

"System… You want to kill me, huh? Seriously, are you sure Kahn won't just cut my neck and offer it to Khorne?"

As a Warhammer fan in his previous life, Kenthelion knew exactly who Kahn was.

Known as Lord Knife, the rabbit-eared axeman, the general political commissar of the World Eaters, and also the outer space version of Conan the Barbarian. He is the bloodiest and most brutal champion warrior under Khorne—a brawny man with an unmatched thirst for blood.

> System:

"Don't worry, Host! I've prepared a surprise. After all, you have Castellan and the others on your side, right?"

> Kenthelion (shouting):

"A surprise for your mother, System!!"

> System: Ding "Host, relax. The character you summoned has been adjusted by me to be loyal to you. The proof is, you've been with the Cadia soldiers I revived for 50 years, and they're still loyal, aren't they? They even still retain their original nature.

As for Kahn… well, his barbarian outfit is cool, I think. Unless you treat your subordinates like villains in generic novels, everything will be fine."
