Chapter 27 - Into Abyss Instance

[A/N: Sorry for not uploading chapters, because I got accident, and I was in hospital.]

She said coldly. "Alright, all the representatives for this school selection have arrived. I'll first go over some points to note before you enter the Abyss Instance to begin the strategy."

"First, the teleportation into the Random Abyss Instance is also random, meaning after you enter, you'll be randomly teleported to any area in the Abyss Instance, but you will never be teleported to the core zone where the Abyss Lord resides."

"Second, in the Abyss Instance, the monsters are endless. As long as the lord is not killed, the Abyss Altar he guards will continuously spawn Abyss Monsters."

"Therefore, based on these two points, the longer you take to strategize the Abyss Instance, the more disadvantageous it becomes for you."

"Additionally, if the professionals strategizing the instance aren't strong enough and are too slow in killing monsters, the later stages will see a piled-up number of Abyss Monsters, making the strategy difficult."

With that, Lara Creta paused slightly, scanning the student representatives from the various colleges. "However, our luck is relatively good this time. Due to the school selection, you all are elite students under thirty levels from each college, and most of you are above level 25."

"Adding the local professionals from Four Clear City, as long as you quickly huddle up after entering, then collectively charge and use everyone's strength, there shouldn't be much problem in strategizing this Abyss Instance."

"Alright, I've said what I needed to say, time is precious, go on in."

Other student representatives from various colleges all had serious expressions. Their glinting eyes were both excited and apprehensive, answering in unison. "Yes!"

After speaking, they walked one by one into the dark red light pillar and vanished in a flash.

Bhavin Agnihotri followed the crowd and walked towards the light pillar.

Suddenly, a stern voice sounded from behind Bhavin Agnihotri. "Stop! You're a level 10 Mechanic, daring to go inside and court death?"

Hearing this rebuke, Bhavin Agnihotri's eyebrow twitched as he turned his head without expression.

At the forefront of the crowd stood Lara Creta, whose expression was already stern, now with her thin eyebrows raised high, staring fiercely at Bhavin Agnihotri.

Bhavin Agnihotri glanced at her indifferently, his gaze slightly cold. He had originally planned not to confront Amith Apula and the others, intending to sneak in, but unexpectedly, his whereabouts were exposed by this woman.

Moreover, as the recruitment teacher of Btira, Lara Creta's tone was indeed somewhat condescending, making him very uncomfortable.

"Abyss monsters at level 27, though higher in level, lack intelligence and possess only the instinct to kill, with singular abilities."

"Overall, their true strength is only equivalent to ordinary professionals of level twenty-plus," Bhavin Agnihotri's lips curled slightly. "If compared to your esteemed institution's elite student Jannat Dirat, they shouldn't be much stronger than her illusions, shouldn't they?"

"Such strength isn't enough to make me 'seek death,'" Bhavin Agnihotri's expression was calm, meeting 's gaze without any hint of backing down.

"Ignorant boy! Do you think the Abyss Instance is the same as a college selection? The illusions I create don't aim to kill, but abyss monsters won't hold back!" Lara Creta rebuked with a somber face.

"Facing endless abyss monsters, how many bullets can a newly turned mechanic like you afford to waste?"

"Unable to accurately assess your own abilities, the East Dragon Empire grows weaker day by day because of self-confident fools like you!"

Beside them, after hearing Amith Apula's face darkened instantly. "Lara Creta, mind your identity! That's going too far!"

Lara Creta snorted coldly, looking at Bhavin Agnihotri with disdain. "A speck trying to be a bright moon!"

"Since you want to send yourself to death, let me show you the vast difference between a trash illusion god profession and a true illusion god profession!"

"Don't think that just because you passed the college selection through some tricky method you're impressive. In front of our Btira elites, you are still unworthy!"

Lara Creta looked over at Jannat Dirat, about to step into the light beam, and shouted, "Jannat Dirat, I'll give you one day to lead the group and conquer this Abyss Instance for me!"

"Yes, teacher!" Jannat Dirat glared fiercely at Bhavin Agnihotri and stepped into the light beam, disappearing.

On the other side, Aanya Apula pulled Bhavin Agnihotri to Amith Apula's side.

Amith Apula looked deeply at Bhavin Agnihotri, not blaming his earlier actions but instead whispered, "Bhavin Agnihotri, are you sure you want to go into this Instance?"

Bhavin Agnihotri nodded solemnly, "Mr. Amith, rest assured, if I dare to enter, I definitely have the assurance of self-preservation. I wouldn't gamble with my life."

There was a flicker in Amith Apula's eyes, and after a while, he gritted his teeth hard and handed a piece of faintly glowing parchment to Bhavin Agnihotri, speaking gravely. "This is the Abyss Contract. Aanya has one too. It ensures that when you're transported inside, you won't be separated."

"If you encounter danger within the Abyss Instance, you can activate the Abyss Contract, and it will forcefully extricate you from the abyss and teleport you out."

Bhavin Agnihotri looked at Amith Apula in surprise. He knew about the Abyss Contract, a rare item worth a hundred thousand gold coins at the auction, and almost impossible to buy!

He hadn't expected Amith Apula to give him such a thing as a life-saving trump card!

His emotions subtly shifted as he solemnly accepted it, speaking solemnly. "Thank you, Mr. Amith, I will remember this favor."

Noticing the sincerity in Bhavin Agnihotri's eyes, Amith Apula nodded in satisfaction and he said to Aanya Apula, "Aanya, inside the instance, take care of each other and don't get separated."

"I understand, Dad." Aanya Apula looked curiously at Bhavin Agnihotri and replied crisply.

She knew that Amith Apula was actually reminding her to take care of Bhavin Agnihotri more in the Abyss Instance, though his words were more tactful.

With that, the two turned and headed towards the light beam, stepping into that light beam with hand in hand.
