Hinata remained standing there for a few more moments before she began walking again, though her movements were a lot more stiff than before.

'Hey you dummy, snap out of it.' Miku said, controlling Hinata's left hand to flick her forehead. 'He's gone already, no need to keep acting like you're some kind of robot. His words don't even matter.'

'Hm.' Hinata grunted in response, slowly getting back into a natural rhythm, though Miku could still feel how tense Hinata's shoulders currently were. 'Why? Why does he have to treat me like that?'

'It's because he's an old decrepit fool. He thinks that he knows best because he is the head of the Hyuuga clan and he sucks up to the Hokage.' Miku sneered and insulted Hiashi to make Hinata feel better. It seemed to work as Hinata imagined her cold faced father acting like a nervous schoolboy around the Third Hokage looking for praise.

'C'mon Hinata, I want you to insult him as well. It would be good for you. Not to mention I would also like to hear it.' Miku whispered, inciting Hinata to get over her fear of her father slightly by insulting him, even if he wouldn't be able to hear it.

'I-I don't know Miku, I don't think it would be a good idea for me to insult my father like that. He is the clan head after all. It's not really appropriate.' Hinata said, though Miku could sense the hesitation in her words.

'Don't be like that. Just say something, anything. It can even be something childish against him.' Miku continued to incite Hinata who was starting to waver slightly, 'Think about it, he didn't just disrespect you, it was also indirectly aimed at me. Don't you want to vent my anger for me?'

'Haha, Miku, if you were truly upset over how he treated you, I don't doubt that you would have found a way to get back at him.' Hinata's mood lightened considerably at this point as she even began to banter with Miku again.

'Who said I didn't get back at him? I have a whole lot more freedom now than I used to y'know.' Miku said with an obvious sneer, even in her voice.

Hinata just stopped right there, just as she was exiting the Hyuuga clan compound. 'What exactly did you do to him?' Hinata asked, not upset, just curious as to what mischief Miku was getting up to now.

'Hehehe Hahaha MWAHAHAHHA.' Hinata heard Miku start laughing to herself like crazy, wondering what she did to make herself laugh so much.

'That does not sound ominous, not at all.' Hinata thought.

'I did something really good. When he walked away from us earlier, I may have cast a minor, itsy bitsy curse on him. Nothing life threatening of course, though he may wish for that instead.' Miku said while petting the cat plushie sitting on her lap like a supervillain.

Hinata gulped, imagining the terror that Miku could cause if she set her mind to it, from the moment she met Miku to know, she realized that there were a lot of things that Miku could do. It was better to say that it was harder to find something that she can't do. 'A-and what does that curse do?'

'It's simple really, I may have made it so that our "Great Clan Leader" is unable to properly control his bowels for a long time to come. It might be so bad that there may be incidents occurring anywhere, anytime.' Miku said with a grin just imagining the social death of someone like Hiashi, who cares about his personal image.

Hinata as well could imagine the social death that Hiashi would experience after this. Knowing how bad her father would be feeling today, made Hinata feel better herself and she took a moment before she decided to go along with what Miku said and insult her father, 'I always felt that father was not very intelligent. He always seemed a bit dull.'

'Good job Hinata, although it was indeed a little mild compared to what I had preferred, it was a good first step.' Miku complemented, at which point Hinata started walking again, slowly taking the back streets to the academy just so that she could avoid all the pedestrians who would start to be out and about at this hour.

It didn't take Hinata too long to cross the distance required to reach the academy, Hinata could see many teenagers waiting around with their parents as they were showing worried looks, not knowing whether they could pass to become Shinobi or if they would have to drop out of the program and become a normal civilian.

Most people hope for the possibility of becoming a ninja, because of the fact that Shinobi tend to have more rights than the average civilian. Although there are rules in place for scenarios of Shinobi taking said privileges too far, or whether a Shinobi is one-sidedly bullying a civilian. In those scenarios the Konoha police force would arrive and investigate, and if it were proven that the Shinobi were to be the ones at fault, well, lets just say that they would find themselves in a new home wearing a chakra sealing 'necklace' and a bunch of new roommates.

The academy had all the seniors waiting outside so that they could have everyone ready to take the test and to prevent any cheating that could occur. Hinata stood in the shadow in the corner of the clearance at the front of the school, waiting for everyone to arrive so that the tests could begin.

From the location that she was standing, Hinata could see many other clan kids standing in certain parts of the field they were in, whether it was normal clan kids who were part of other classes, or whether it was the ones that were a part of her class. Despite being disliked by her father and about to be branded with the caged bird seal for her 'lack of talent' it did not mean that she was actually untalented, she by efforts of her own managed to be placed in the class that held most of the geniuses or clan heirs.

In one coroner she could see her classmates Ino Yamanaka, along with her father Inoichi, as well as Choji Akimichi, and Shikamaru Nara, along with their father's all standing together. It was without a doubt that those three would end up on a squad together when they graduate, as is tradition with the heirs of their clans. This has been something that has been going on since before Konoha was even founded, the Ino-Shika-Cho trio could be considered famous in Konoha as there is a trio every generation.

In another part of the clearing she could see her classmate Kiba Inuzuka along with his sister Hana, who both had their Ninken (Ninja Dogs) with them. With Kiba having Akamaru resting on top of his head. She could observe that Hana, like Kiba, possessed an outgoing personality as she had her younger brother in a headlock giving him a noogie.

Elsewhere she could see the twins Shino and Shiina Aburame who came alone. The Aburame clan is well known for their use of insect style ninjutsu. Shiina, having noticed Hinata looking her way, gave Hinata a small wave from afar. Hinata eventually gave her a small wave as well.

She didn't even need to look to find the next two of her classmates as she could already hear them arguing from her position. The two people who were making a fuss over nothing, as usual, were Naruto Uzumaki, who Hinata is surprised that no one has pointed out the fact that he looks identical to the Fourth Hokage in the history books, as well as the carving on the mountain. The one he is arguing with is none other than one of the last Uchiha alive, Sasuke Uchiha. Both Naruto and Sasuke have been getting into arguments over the littlest things.

Hinata has never been able to associate herself properly with Naruto and Sasuke. Naruto had way too optimistic of a personality for the things that he had to go through, making the way he acts look way too 'fake', to her, although she knows that is probably just how he is, she can't help but feel uncomfortable around him. And Sasuke, well, she hasn't been able to, nor willing to, talk to him that often in the last year or two after he became increasingly more arrogant after awakening his one Tomoe Sharingan.

After she moved her eyes away from those two, she could see Sakura Haruno making her way over to where Ino is. Those two have been best friends since they were little, though they do tend to start squabbling at the drop of a hat. But Hinata, being as observant as she is, could see that they never really put their hearts into those fights, if anything it just looked like they were trying to show off their closeness.

She could also see a couple other classmates that she has never spoken to too much. She could barely even remember most of their names.

'That's because they are mob characters!' Miku yelled out, though it just sounded like an echo.

She also sensed the person sitting on a tree branch right behind her. She could guess who it was because she was the one who sat next to her in classes most of the time, although they didn't communicate very often, only a handful of times over the years. She could be one of the few people that Hinata just doesn't feel anxious around. It's mostly because of the way she acts. She shows little interest in anyone around and she's always fiddling with chakra strings in class, clearly training to increase her proficiency.

Another thing that makes her pretty unique was the fact that she is a puppet user. There aren't that many puppet masters in Konoha, so it makes her stand out slightly. She has long black hair, pale skin that makes it seem like she never leaves the house. She had a pair of stunningly purplish eyes with black glasses sitting on her face. She currently wore just casual street wear with black sweatpants and a red tank top that had a hood attached to it. She also had some white sneakers that Hinata was surprised weren't that dirty.

'Hmm so it's Tsukiyo. She's here especially early today, normally she arrives right when things are about to start.' Hinata thought while glancing upwards towards the girl who returned the gaze with a nod.
