"I am? That's what you think. Cause you don't know what I know." He sneered in response and I rolled my eyes in irritation, already so over this entire conversation.
"To be honest, I'm not even interested in whatever it is that you might wanna reveal. Whatever it is, we aren't interested. We're only interested in finding where Sue is, so tell us." I snapped out this time while looking down at our father who tried but failed to shake Landon's grip off his shirt, and that's when I noticed a little skepticism settle in his eyes for a fleeting moment.
"So? Start speaking," I barked and this time, he sighed.
" I'm not revealing anything."
Landon growled lowly in warning, clearly uncaring that it's literally his father that he was growling at right now.
"You sure about that? Even if you chose to lock you up? To torture you?"
This time, he genuinely looked surprised, like he couldn't believe his ears. It was clear that he never considered it getting to this point.
