I blanched, staring at him while my heart pounded away. He wasn't even completely visible to me right now, but the dim light in the room right now was enough to still let me make out most of him. When I still didn't move, he laughed a little, then he was closing the distance between us himself.
"I just knew you were gonna make me do this." He noted as he kept inching closer, while at the same time, my heart was inching into my throat.
