Chapter 14 - THE VISITOR AND THE COURT SORCERER

A horrifying realization struck her.

"This world has R-rated content, doesn't it…?"

"Huh? "

"The game's adult version—!"

"No idea what you're talking about~"

Eleanor chopped meat in despair while Lumina stirred a fragrant stew nearby. Tonight's dinner needed to feed two guests, so portions were larger than usual.

"My son's too young for R-rated nonsense… "

"Bro's eighteen, though? "

"I refuse to acknowledge it…! "

She dumped meat into the pot, muttering incoherently. Memories of the game's adult spin-off flooded back—yandere demons, binding spells, aphrodisiacs, and that scene where the Demon King forces his half-human lover into a twisted "Magical Covenant." Fan comics had depicted it all in graphic detail.

"Elen. You' try this potion for me."

"What… is this? What more could you—?"

"A formula to make you female. Such a waste, watching you squirm as a man."

"No… Stop—!"

Eleanor shuddered, violently shredding lettuce. "This can't happen… Not my sweet boy…"

Lumina watched warily as her housekeeper spiraled, mumbling about "corrupting pure souls" while arranging salad toppings. When the teakettle whistled, Eleanor floated out like a vengeful spirit.

"I'm home, " Louis announced, stepping inside with two guests.

"…Welcome back… my beloved Louis… "

Behind him clung a petite red-haired girl and a black-haired young man.

"Pleasure to meet you," Eleanor curtsied mechanically. "I'm Eleanor, housekeeper of the Styras household. "

The girl—Claire Wyvern, Second Knight Commander—detached herself from Louis' waist. "Claire Wyvern. We'll… rarely cross paths. Don't bother memorizing it."

Her adjutant, Gil, nodded stiffly. "Gilrem Fanalia. My father and brother… caused you trouble."

Fanalia. The name clicked. A decade ago, a Fanalia patriarch had tried to adopt Louis, only to be thwarted by Eleanor's impromptu "housekeeper" act.

"Had you not intervened," Louis mused, "I might've been Gil's brother-in-law."

"Regrets?"

"None. This life suits me better."

As Eleanor excused herself to finish dinner, the room's atmosphere shifted.

"That woman," Claire hissed. "Rumors say you're bewitched by a silver-haired demon. "

"A demon ?" Louis chuckled. "Eleanor?"

"Ten years she's served you. Never ages. Clearly unnatural. "

Louis' laughter deepened. "If anyone's the seducer here… it's me ."

The unspoken truth hung heavy: I'm the one who trapped her. The real monster.
