Chapter 29 - Chapter 29: Praise from Orochimaru.

Out of the 34 bandits, only 9 were still alive, and they hadn't even touched Yasu's clothes.

This was the power of a ninja.

Ordinary people, even strong adults, couldn't pose a threat to underage ninjas.

Take Kakashi, for example. He graduated from the Ninja Academy at the age of five and was already killing people, and those people were ninjas.

In Yasu's Sharingan, the speed at which those nine people were running was as slow as a turtle's.

He easily caught up to one of the bandits, his katana slashing towards the bandit's nape without hesitation.

The bandit felt like he was still running, but his vision lowered infinitely, eventually falling to the ground.

Looking at the headless body beside him, the bandit suddenly understood.

'Oh, that's my body. I've been beheaded...'

And this beheaded bandit finally saw Yasu's appearance clearly.

A child?

Just a child had killed them all.

Judging by the situation, the others probably wouldn't escape either.

'Next life... In my next life, I must become a ninja and then go robbing!' (Bruh…)

Filled with hope for the next life, the bandit's consciousness completely dissipated.

Yasu continued to kill while counting down.

Hearing his somewhat childish countdown, the remaining bandits were terrified beyond measure.

The countdown was completely their death knell.

Each scream represented the death of a companion, and the despair in their hearts could no longer be contained.

When Yasu counted down to '3', the two bandits in front stopped running.

They knew that running is pointless, so they gave up. They were tired. Let it all end. Death was death. At least they wouldn't have to be so scared anymore.

The two bandits put down their weapons, waiting for death to arrive.

And Yasu showed no mercy to the two bandits who had laid down their weapons, directly beheading them.

He then counted down to '1'.

Only the bandit leader remained.

The bandit leader had been scared out of his wits and ran away as soon as he saw Yasu killing his subordinates one by one like chopping vegetables.

Now, he was almost out of the village, muttering crazily to himself.

"Damn it, they actually hired a ninja to deal with us. If I find out who it is, I will torture him well and then kill him!"

"…the money I robbed today is all over there. I have no choice but to give it up. Fortunately, I still have some money left from previous robberies."

"I can't stay in the Land of Rice Fields anymore. I should follow the previous plan and go to the Land of the Hot Water, then recruit few people and horses and directly rob the villages of there."

The bandit leader suddenly stopped, because he felt something touch his ankle.

Looking down, it was a wire.

The bandit leader breathed a sigh of relief. When his ankle touched something just now, he felt a strange palpitation in his heart.

Just as he didn't take it seriously and was about to continue walking, he heard a 'sizzling' sound.

He looked down once again and saw a piece of paper with the word 'explode' written on it, already half burned.

"Phew, it's just a piece of paper..."

"Wait, Paper? An explosive tag?!"

The bandit leader's hair stood on end instantly. Just as he wanted to run away, the explosive tag exploded.

With a 'boom'.

The explosive tag exploded violently, and the shockwave slammed the bandit leader heavily against the wall.

The bandit leader, dazed by the explosion, struggled to get up, but fell to the ground again.

He looked at his leg, and his pupils shrank into pinpoints in horror.

His right leg had been blown off in the explosion just now, and blood was still flowing from the wound.

"Ahhhh! My leg!!"

The bandit leader covered the wound on his severed leg and screamed miserably.

Yasu walked slowly to the bandit leader, his scarlet Sharingan staring directly at him.

The bandit leader stared blankly at his Sharingan, forgetting even to scream.

Looking at the crimson eyes, the bandit leader felt like he had fallen into an ice cellar, making him shudder.

Yasu raised the katana in his hand, pointed the tip of the blade at the bandit leader's throat, and said in a low voice: "0."

His katana pierced the bandit leader's throat, and blood spurted out immediately.

The bandit leader's eyes gradually became disorganized, taking his 'grand ambitions' with him to hell.

Yasu then waved the katana forcefully, get rid of the blood on it, then clamped the katana on his arm and wipe it, wiping the remaining blood on the blade clean before returning it to its sheath.

"Phew..."

He breathed out.

Annihilating 34 bandits was very easy for him now. These bandits had no power to fight back.

If he used the Thunder Breathing, it would be even easier. He was confident that he could kill all 34 bandits in a very short time, leaving no one alive.

However, this was a mission specifically taken by Orochimaru to test his training results over the past month.

If he used the Thunder Breathing, it would lose its meaning.

However, the feeling of using ninjutsu in training and using ninjutsu in actual combat is really different.

It seems to be more handy.

Just as he turned around to leave and find Orochimaru, Orochimaru had already appeared behind him.

Orochimaru looked at the bandit leader's body, the corner of his mouth curving into a smile, and praised: "Well done. You can effectively conceal your aura during assassination. You are also quite proficient in using those ninjutsu, and your ideas are also very good, fully utilizing the characteristics of Water Release and Lightning Release and combining them together. "

"Your actions are also relatively rigorous, putting explosive tag traps in advance to prevent any fish from escaping."

Hearing Orochimaru's praise, Yasu couldn't help but smile.

This was the first time in a month that he had heard Orochimaru praise him so much.

Every time during training, Orochimaru could bring up a pile of his problems and weakness's.

He had almost thought that his talent was very poor several times.

Now that Orochimaru had finally praised him once, he was in a very good mood.

Orochimaru continued: "Especially since you have a very good habit."

Yasu was stunned. He had a habit?

What habit?

He pricked up his ears and listened carefully.

Orochimaru said: "That is, when you kill enemies, you always target their heads, either beheading or slitting their throats. There are only a few vital parts of the human body. Even if the heart is pierced, the opponent still has a certain amount of time to act. During this time, it is very likely to be counterattacked by the opponent. But whether it is beheading or slitting the throat, it is an effective means to immediately incapacitate the opponent. This habit is quite good."

Hearing Orochimaru's evaluation, Yasu scratched his nose a little embarrassedly.

Thinking about it, slitting throats and beheading had indeed become his habit.

And the reason was the Thunder Breathing.

Because the Thunder Breathing is a technique for killing demons, and the demons' weakness is their neck, so all sword forms are aimed at the neck.

Hearing Orochimaru praise him like this, he felt that this habit was really good...
