Mist Space
Inside the Mist Space, the three Su Mos had been waiting for quite some time. Now that the plan had reached this stage, in reality, only the Su Mo from the Godslayer World needed to stay here for the final step. The Su Mos from the Fairy Tail World and the Ultraman World didn't have to wait around endlessly—they could leave and come back later to share their power just the same.
Still, neither of the other two left. After all, this was a plan they had made together, and both of them wanted to witness the perfect conclusion firsthand.
When the Su Mo from the Danmachi World arrived, he barely got a word out before the three of them immediately surrounded him. Without hesitation, all four placed their hands on him, instantly completing the power synchronization.
"Hiss, this power boost is way stronger than I imagined!" the Fairy Tail World Su Mo exclaimed in surprise as he felt his body strength and magic surge significantly.
He remembered that in the original story, an LV2-level adventurer was indeed stronger than an LV1, but still just a low-tier fighter—not even comparable to an S-rank mage like himself. Even a B-rank mage from the Fairy Tail guild could easily overpower an LV2 adventurer.
He had expected only a minor boost in physical stats. But what surprised him was how noticeable the enhancement was, even for his current level. The magic power increase was even more thrilling.
"The biggest gap between me and the veteran mages has always been in magic power accumulation. I didn't expect my mana to increase this much before even slaying a god," he said.
Right now, his base attributes were already on par with the legendary top ten mages. Of course, he still couldn't compete with the four great generals of Ishgar, but he was definitely stronger than newcomers like Jura, one of the new top ten.
"That's only natural!" the Danmachi Su Mo scoffed, brushing away the others' hands.
"The experience gained from defeating those two monsters blew the divine blessings completely out of the system. All the data overflowed," he explained.
"So just updating our stats has already granted us bonuses beyond the usual scale. Compared to that, leveling up feels like a minor increase."
"See? That's all thanks to me!" the Ultraman World Su Mo said proudly, lifting his head.
He thought for a moment before adding, "In that case, every monster I kill should raise your adventurer level by one. Since I have so many monsters, wouldn't that mean you could level up dozens of times?"
Historically, the highest adventurer level in Oralie was only LV9. A jump of dozens of levels would surpass even the gods' expectations.
"That's unlikely," the Godslayer World Su Mo shook his head.
"The higher your level gets, the more 'great deeds' are required to level up. Sure, right now one monster can cause an overflow, but by the time you reach double digits, the experience from monsters might only be enough to push you to SSS rank."
"When your adventurer level reaches a point where you're roughly equal to monsters in strength, some monsters might not even provide enough experience to meet the basic requirements for great deeds."
Monsters were strong, but not so strong that LV30+ adventurers couldn't defeat them. In fact, the earliest monsters like Golza and Melba were at most on par with gods. Among Earth's monsters, only a handful had the power to destroy the planet. Though many could wipe the surface clean and lay waste to civilization.
"That makes sense," the Ultraman World Su Mo nodded, not disappointed.
Getting such a huge boost was already a huge windfall—he wasn't asking for anything more.
At that moment, Danmachi Su Mo turned his gaze toward Campione Su Mo.
"After updating my stats, I went down to the dungeon to test out the [Fairy's Law],"
Danmachi Su Mo said.
"How did it feel?" The Fairy Tail World Su Mo asked curiously.
Even though this was the first spell he had learned, he had never actually used it. During training, Makarov had repeatedly warned him to use it sparingly. Unless his own or a teammate's life was in serious danger, this large-scale destructive magic should be avoided.
Naturally, the Guild Master's advice was wise to follow, and besides, Su Mo hadn't faced any enemies worthy of unleashing such a spell. At most, he had only prepared it for casting but never actually used it.
"The power is decent, but with our current condition, it probably won't pose much of a threat to god-level enemies. I'd still recommend using it while in Ultraman Tiga's form," Danmachi Su Mo summarized his thoughts.
"Got it, thanks!" Campione Su Mo stored the feedback in his mind. Though they now shared the same power, before this he was just an ordinary person, so Danmachi Su Mo's trial was very useful to him.
"No need to thank me. Helping you is basically helping myself," Danmachi Su Mo said with a wave of his hand, brushing it off.
"Alright then, you all just wait for me to come back and share the results!" Campione Su Mo smiled confidently, waved goodbye, and prepared to return to his own world. The final step of the plan required him to finish things off.
With how well the other versions of Su Mo had done so far, he certainly wasn't going to be the one to mess it up.
