Chapter 458 – The Boys
"Let's work together, boys." Dancer's words caused the faces of both Loup and White to change, though the emotions were different from one another.
Loup was surprised, but then looked at Dancer with open wariness, showing without flinching his lack of confidence to the man sitting leisurely in front of him.
White was a bit more different, and relaxed in a disturbing way. He met the words of Dancer with a wider smile, his stunningly beautiful pale eyes looking like they were glowing an ash-like, smoky fire.
Something was undoubtedly playing behind the back of his mind, so it was without any surprise when he spoke first:
"Work together you say," White drawled, his voice taking a slurring tone, "but we can only work together if our goals align."
He cocked his head. "But do we?"
