"Oh, okay, should we draw the curtains then?" Aria asked, a smile on her face.
"No, there's no need and I don't need your fake concerns," Zorath snapped, glaring hard at Lilith.
"Very well, let's continue," Aria said, staring at the faces of the men in the room.
She watched as about five of the elders exchanged glances with Zorath, nodding like they were about to implement something.
"Anyone in support of removing Lilith from this meeting and this pack should indicate with good reasons why we should" Caleb said, breaking the silence in the room.
For a moment, no one spoke. The weight of the decision hung in the air like smoke. The room seemed to be still, as if waiting for something to break.
