Trees burst forth fully grown, their leaves shimmering faintly with Wood elemental Qi. The air grew damp and heavy, as if the entire peak was breathing.
Chu Xingchen froze, half a roasted nut still in his mouth. He stared, eyes wide at the rising hill, green light flickering through the cracks and trees shooting up like bamboo in a time-lapse video.
"Relax. That's just me upgrading the sect."
Chu Xingchen slowly turned to her, face blank. "Upgrading the sect. You mean to tell me… this whole mountain popping up is just an upgrade?"

Golden light shot outward from the sect's heart, tracing formation lines across the ground. Pillars of light rose at the sect's borders, stabilizing in place with a deep hum. The air shimmered faintly, pressure settling as the formation activated.

The Eastern grounds shifted as stone and mud gathered, forming a tall structure glowing faintly with silver inscriptions

"I get them from recruiting disciples, obtaining property like land or buildings or when a members of the sect have a breakthrough. They are like experience points when you get enough you can upgrade the sect or spend them to buy rare items" Xiù Feng explained "The spirit ship you bought gave a massive points boost enough points to upgrade 3 times"
Enough for this?" Chu Xingchen repeated, gesturing towards the island where the new peak stood. "From one ship?"
"Seems like our Systems can benefit each other. We should talk about working together using whatever your System coughs up for my sect for mutual benefit."Xiù Feng leaned forward slightly.
"Haha what are you talking about sect leader we both seek to work for the future of our sect don't we ?" Chu Xingchen laughed
In a way he has a golden opportunity more disciples mean more generous deeds and donations he would naturally donate very happily to the sect
