"How can she be unfazed by me, she didn't even flinch when I said anything," amber wondered.
"I don't like your brother we are just friends," she tried to explain but they won't buy it.
"Friends you say, he doesn't even talk to strangers maybe you just want him that is why you are always following him like a little puppy," Olivia clenched her fist her tongue running across her long fangs that was veiled with her lips.
"I am not trying to get him I don't like your brother like I said, am sorry but you misunderstood and I don't like Conrad either," she then turned to amber who gave her a glare.
"Do you guys not notice the way she talks to us, what guys she has," ryla scoffed.
"Yeah I noticed she is fearless trying hard to be invulnerable but you can't fake that in front of us Harper," amber stepped forward now standing close to Harper whose heart was beating fast and legs were trembling in fear and were all noticed by the vampires. "Can't you see how her legs are trembling in fear, you need to be taught a lesson girl to get your eyes off from the guys who are taken," amber then grinned sinfully.
With force amber held Harper hand and they walked out of the female restroom and dragged her with force to a dark hall with the other two girls tailing behind, Harper who was trying to make her hand escape from the tight grip of the strong girl hand wouldn't even budge and she screamed thinking people that was passing by would hear her "let go off me", she tried hitting the girl hand but it was a waste of energy, she tripped on something and fell she was unable to see in the dark hall which kept turning darker the more they walk.
With amber hand still holding her hands her body swept the cold floor, she couldn't stand up because of her injured ankle, with the pain now increased, they stopped and pushed Harper to a dark room and they left after locking the door.
Harper hit the door with all her strength "let me out please, I'll do whatever you want, I won't come close to the guys please just let me out," she cried out loud but to no avail, she stared at the dark room her head turning left right in fear.
Harper's head turned fuzzy, and the memories of that night came hitting her head hard making her unable to think clearly, she got scared the dark musty room, filled with cobwebs and dust making her unable to breath.
She sat on the floor her back leaning on the door as her lips trembled with her legs, her breathing now fast her face wet with tears "please let me out," she said softly almost like a whisper but no one was around the hall, she couldn't see any windows and if they were one she would not sacrifice her injured leg so she hugged her knees as she cries but her mind now fuzzy, her breath turning slow her vision now blurry as she fell in the floor with a little whisper "Rowan!"
Rowan was searching for Harper the silver necklace on his hand, "where is she? Her friend doesn't even know her whereabouts," he sighed in frustration as he searched around the school.
He inquired from people if they have seen the girl and fortunately he got an info and went to the building, he searched the building and when he got to the hall the silver necklace dimmed, it's bright light glints in the dark and he was taken aback by the sudden dim of light that emitted from the silver necklace.
He saw a door that was shaking slightly and she walked up to it and tried to open it but he found out it was locked "who did this?," he asked himself as he pushed the door with his leg and the lock breaks making the door to be slightly opened because of the body that was holding it.
Harper out of fear then sat up and the door opened widely as he passed through it and walked up to her touching her pale cold cheek and noticed the fear in her eyes as her lips trembled and legs shaking.
"I kept my promise, that aside who did this to you?" He asked his cold voice still hollow.
Harper was still afraid as it was still dark after hearing the voice she her blank mind now becoming distinct as she turned her head to look at him and asked with trembling voice "Rowan?" Eager to leave she hugged him in fear.
He then held her in his arms and said "ohh I now remember you said you were afraid of the dark, now tell me who did this," his cold voice now sincere and a little anger lingered behind his voice.
"It was Olivia...your sister and...." She couldn't be able to complete her words as her nose tingled and she sneeze "achoo,"
"I'll deal with them but for now no more words," his voice calm as they left the hall, the dimming chain now stable in it's normal attractive and less shimmering appearance.
He took her to the dorm with no one knowing and laid her on her bed "what did you do to them?"
"It was because of you and Conrad, they said I should stop talking to you guys that I snatched you and him from them, I really don't understand why they did this because I don't like any of you, I still heard that you hated strangers why are you being nice to me?" She questioned him boldly staring at the tall figure with his aura that declared avoidance.
"It is because I want something from you, and you really should stop talking to Conrad his main aim is not to tutor you Harper," he answered.
"Then what is his aim," she asked curiously.
"I don't know, you should ask him, all I want is for you to watch over someone for me, like I said I'll protect you and if you feel the need of withdrawing from Conrad tutoring I can do it for you, because I am the top one final year student, you should rest, I'll go deal with the girls," saying that he left and she sat up and touched her neck with her palms, running her palm across the red swollen lines on her neck, using her other hands to touch her injured ankle that already has a bandage on it and she lay down to rest. What have I gotten myself into she wondered as she slept off.
As Rowan walked, his gentle footsteps making no sound from it, the day was cloudy was dark now with the crescent shaped moon giving out a glint of light to the forest.
The gentle wind blew making the trees rustle with dried leaves falling from the branches, before he could go to where he knew the trio was he heard a whisper that came from the forest not too far from where he was, like every other vampire who has the ability to hear his own and few strong vampires level of hearing differs from the others, he turned his head to look where it was coming from, his red eyes turned blue again and he threw the empty can to a random place and started walking to where the sound came from.
