Chapter 6 - Chapter 5: Amazon Vision

Before heading out for his next major move, Shivraj sat calmly in his luxurious study. Sunlight streamed in through the massive windows overlooking the lush gardens, but his attention was entirely fixed on the glowing system panel before him. He opened the system shop and typed into the search bar: "Amazon 10-year development plan."

[Item: Amazon Development Blueprint (1995–2005)]

[Cost: 500 System Points]

He didn't hesitate. With the points he had just earned from previous investments and expenditures, he instantly purchased the blueprint. A rush of information surged into his mind—product logistics, warehousing, cloud infrastructure, Kindle, Amazon Prime, and even Alexa. Shivraj smiled. This was gold.

He immediately summoned his assistant. "Book me a meeting with Jeff Bezos. Say I want to discuss a multi-billion-dollar investment into his company, Amazon."

"Right away, sir," the assistant replied with a nod, then moved with swift efficiency.

Two days later, a discreet meeting was arranged at a quiet Seattle café. Jeff Bezos, a budding entrepreneur with great ambition, was intrigued. He'd never heard of this 'Royal Investments (S)' but the figure discussed was enough to pique his interest.

Jeff sat inside the café, glancing at his watch. The door opened, and a wave of silence fell across the room. Three luxury Rolls-Royce Phantoms pulled up outside. As the bodyguards stepped out one by one, people turned to look. Then Shivraj emerged—his tall, commanding figure, perfectly tailored suit, piercing blue eyes, and regal air immediately drew everyone's gaze. It wasn't just wealth; it was the aura of someone who belonged to the future.

Jeff stood up instinctively, watching the young man walk toward him.

"Mr. Bezos," Shivraj greeted him with a warm but firm handshake. "Thank you for taking the time."

Jeff smiled, half curious, half confused. "You're welcome, Mr. Shivraj. I've read about you. You're quite the phenomenon. What can I do for you today?"

Shivraj motioned for them to sit. "I'm here to invest. I've done my research. I believe Amazon has the potential to revolutionize how humans shop, read, and consume services. But it needs funding, infrastructure, and vision. I can give you all three."

Jeff leaned forward. "That's a bold claim. I've had people interested before, but no one has ever come so directly."

Shivraj pulled out a sleek folder, placing it on the table. Inside were pages—each one a roadmap of Amazon's next 10 years: launching the Kindle e-reader, expanding the logistics network, introducing Amazon Prime, setting up AWS cloud services, and becoming the largest e-commerce platform in the world.

Jeff's hands trembled slightly as he flipped through the pages.

"This is... how? Where did you get this?"

"Call it predictive analytics or just vision," Shivraj replied coolly. "The point is, I'm offering you two billion dollars. In return, I want 45% of Amazon's shares under Royal Investments (S). You'll still be CEO. You'll still run the company. But I will act as a silent partner and strategic advisor."

Jeff was stunned. Two billion? That was more money than he could dream of at this stage. Most people still laughed at the concept of online retail. But here was this young man offering to make Amazon a global empire.

Jeff sat back in silence. He looked at Shivraj again. There was something otherworldly about him—calm, confident, timeless.

"Why 45%?" Jeff finally asked.

"I don't want control," Shivraj said, smiling. "I want synergy. I want to shape the future. If I wanted control, I'd build Amazon myself. But I believe in your vision, and I think we can accelerate it together."

Jeff tapped the folder thoughtfully. "You say you'll be a silent partner. What if your predictions don't match reality?"

"Then I lose money. But I won't. I've never lost a bet on the future."

There was a pause, then Jeff extended his hand. "Let's make history."

They shook on it.

As Shivraj got back into his Rolls-Royce, he closed his eyes and let out a breath.

"That's Google and Amazon now under my wings. The future is mine to mold."

Inside his mind, the system notified him:

[Money Spent: $2,000,000,000]

[System Points Earned: 2,000,000]

He smiled. With those points, he could begin building his next move—real estate, healthcare, artificial intelligence, and aerospace. The world was vast, and in this slightly altered parallel universe, he had no competitors of his caliber.

He thought briefly about the original timeline. Bezos would have taken nearly two decades to get Amazon to where it stood in 2025. With Shivraj's intervention, it would happen in just five. A ripple had begun.

"Next stop," he murmured, "Silicon Valley."

And with that, the car sped off, while the world unknowingly turned under the will of a new era's tycoon.
