I was about to step into the limo when CB went ahead and opened the door. "After you?"

Today was also their flight to Japan. 11 p.m. They were heading to the airport later.
Once he saw that the fiancée was ready, he went to check on his son. It was 6:30. Drake should've left for Alys by now! If only they knew Alys was already getting emotional, they would've hurried up.

Uncle Steve: Oh, you're calling?
Aya: Is Drake ready? Hehe.
Uncle Steve: *scratches his head* Not yet. Tell Alys Drake might be sick. That boy is slow.
Aya: No, it's fine. Hahahaha! Drake should make a dramatic entrance :>
Uncle Steve: *sighs* You really know too much.
Aya ended the call. Honestly, Tito Steve found Aya a little strange sometimes. She knew too much. But he didn't mind—he liked the fun.

He knocked on Drake's door. And the guy? Well! Playing Wii. Wow!! Alys was all emotional, while Drake was just chillaxing.

"Drake?" Uncle Steve called.
Drake turned around. "Why aren't you dressed yet?"
Drake didn't reply. He was still upset he couldn't go to Japan with them. Tss. His dad would figure him out eventually.
"Aren't you going to the party?" He asked.
Drake nodded. He didn't want to go, really. He didn't know anyone there—except the girl with the speech defect and the weird girl.
Uncle Steve sighed. "Here's the deal. Go to the party and we'll pick you up for Japan. 5 a.m. flight, okay?"
Drake finally smiled at what he heard. He stood up, grabbed a suit from his walk-in closet, and got dressed.
Before leaving, Tito Steve checked his watch. It was only 7:15. "Uh, Drake—get there around 8. Pick up Alys. If not, don't expect a ticket."
Drake sighed. What else could he do?
