I was holding out on using my [Berserk] mode for now. If not, I would be pummeling this man on the ground without hesitation.
Unfortunately, I can't risk invading a new world at my weakest.
"What did you say to me, boy?!" Righteous growled, and his clone quickly abandoned Kenza and pointed the blade at my neck.
"Repeat those words—I dare you!" the clone growled.
"FIVE!" I snapped back as black cracks began spreading across my eyelids while the dark fumes pouring out of my body doubled twofold!
Kenza quickly pulled out her gun and pressed it against the back of Righteous's head.
"Let go!" she snapped.
Almost immediately, all fifty Ascendants pulled out their weapons, pointing them in Righteous's direction.
Of course, they would support their leader.
But the short bastard didn't budge. His confidence was way bigger than his size.
"Go on… shoot!" he snarled, his gaze not leaving mine.
