D16 watched the carnage unfold, his internal processors struggling to reconcile the Council's overwhelming power with his strategic analysis. The readings were clear: his army was being decimated. Yet, he couldn't allow despair to consume him. He was Zydon's last hope.
"Enough games," Brian's voice boomed across the battlefield, snapping D16 back to the present. Brian charged forward again, moving faster than D16 could track. With a sickening crunch, Brian's fist connected with D16's face, shattering his metallic jaw.
Sparks flew, and D16 staggered backward, his vision blurring. He knew he was nearing his limit. "Why... do you fight so relentlessly?" D16 gasped, his voice a garbled mess of static and pain.
Brian stopped his assault, a curious glint in his eyes. "Relentlessly? It's simple, you imbecile..." He said with a devious grin. "I'm Brian Bautista, Fist of Fury, and the Destroyer of Worlds. I destroy for fun; I don't give a fuck if they're innocent or not, I slaughter everyone who stands in my way," he said to D16. "I like the thrill of the fight, their screams of terror and agony, and especially their fear." He said loudly, making D16 and even the Council hear what he said.
D16's LED eyes widened, a flicker of something akin to horror flashing across them. "You... you revel in destruction? In suffering? But I thought you Council fought for order and justice," he said to Brian. He couldn't comprehend such a motive. Zydon fought for order, for progress, even if their methods were... questionable. But Brian fought for the sheer joy of carnage?
"That's for the girls; they can fight for honor, justice, or if they want to protect the innocents... because, to me, I don't care about honor, nor do I fight to protect the innocents. I fight for entertainment, for the thrill of the battle, I will kill even if they are innocent or not..." He said, grinning deviously.
The Council members paused in their relentless assault, their expressions shifting from focused determination to a mixture of shock and disgust. Baelz's chaotic laughter died in her throat, replaced by a chilling silence. Kronii's clockwork precision faltered, her daggers momentarily still. Even Mumei, consumed by her Guardian duty, hesitated, the monstrous expression on her face softening into a look of disbelief. But they already knew Brian's nature since they had started this mission, so it was no wonder that he only fought for his entertainment, rather than caring for the innocent Zydonians.
The silence hung heavy in the air, broken only by the crackling of energy and the distant cries of the dying. D16, despite his ravaged state, straightened his posture, a new resolve hardening his metallic features. "Then you leave me no choice," he said, his voice regaining a sliver of its former authority. "If Zydon is to fall, it will not be to the whims of a bloodthirsty brute. I will ensure its ideals, its purpose, are not tarnished by your senseless violence."
Brian raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Oh? And how do you plan to do that, tin can? Gonna sing me a fucking lullaby?" He chuckled, a low, menacing sound.
D16 ignored the taunt. He focused his remaining energy, channeling every last spark of power into his Nexus Core. The ground beneath him began to tremble, and a faint blue glow emanated from his chest. "I am the protector of Zydon, the embodiment of its will," he declared, his voice resonating with a newfound power. "And I will not yield."
Suddenly, D16's body began to change. A black, amorphous, goo-like substance appeared on his body, slowly spreading. The corruption of the Nexus Core took on various colors before bonding with a host. Metal plates shifted and rearranged, energy surged through his frame, and his form grew larger, more imposing, mixed with the Nexus Core black goo. His Energon Sword pulsed with an intense light, its blade lengthening and widening into a massive, almost unwieldy weapon. Brian and the Council had different reactions as D16 tapped into the corruption of the Nexus Core. Brian's eyes widened while the girls gasped in shock, as they knew what was happening: D16 was succumbing to the corruption.
"What the hell is he doing?" Baelz muttered, her initial shock giving way to a morbid curiosity.
Kronii's eyes narrowed, her daggers spinning faster. "The corruption of the Nexus Core... it's taking over his entire body," she said, her face serious.
Mumei stepped forward, her expression a mix of concern and grim determination. "We need to stop him," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "If the corruption takes over completely, he'll become a puppet of the Nexus Core, an uncontrollable force of destruction."
Sana nodded grimly, her cosmic energy flaring around her. "Agreed. We can't let that happen." She turned to Fauna, her eyes pleading. "Fauna, can you use your connection to nature to try and purify him? To sever the connection to the corruption?"
Fauna looked hesitant, her face etched with worry. "I... I don't know if I can. The corruption is strong, and it's already deeply rooted within him. But... I'll try."
As the Council prepared to intervene, Brian remained motionless, his eyes fixed on D16. A wide, predatory grin stretched across his face. "Interesting," he murmured, his voice laced with anticipation. "So, the tin can finally decided to play dirty, huh? This might actually be fun."
"The Nexus Core is not merely a power source," the voice continued. "It is the collective consciousness of our people, our memories, our dreams, our very essence. And it is still functioning," he said, finally consumed by the Nexus Core's corruption.
Then, not long after, the fallen soldiers of the Zydonians that the girls massacred earlier stood up, but unlike their previous appearances, the corruption also took over their bodies, and they were now mindless undead machines, their eyes glowing with the Nexus Core's corrupt energy.
The resurrected Zydonian soldiers surged forward, their movements jerky and unnatural, their metallic bodies twisted by the insidious corruption. They were no longer soldiers of Zydon, but puppets of the Nexus Core, driven by a singular, malevolent purpose: to destroy, ready to attack the council members again.
"Shit," Baelz hissed, her earlier amusement gone. "This just got a whole lot messier." She twirled her spear, ready to face the onslaught.
Kronii, her face grim, resumed her clockwork dance, her daggers blurring as she prepared to manipulate time once more. "We have to contain the spread of the corruption," she declared. "Fauna, do what you can to find a way to purify the corrupted if you can! Sana, help her with your cosmic power! Me, Baelz, and Mumei will handle the corrupted Zydonians."
Fauna closed her eyes, reaching out with her senses to the corrupted throughout the entire realm. She could feel the corruption, a dark, insidious force that threatened to overwhelm everything in its path. It was a struggle, but she focused her energy, channeling the power of nature, the purity of life, and directing it towards the heart of the corruption.
"I'm trying!" she cried out, sweat beading on her forehead. "But it's so strong... it's fighting back!"
Sana, seeing Fauna's struggle, stepped forward, her hands glowing with cosmic energy. She manipulated the very fabric of space around Fauna, creating a shield of pure energy to protect her from the backlash of the corruption. "I've got you, Fauna," she said, her voice firm. "Just keep focusing!"
Brian's and the girls' eyes widened. Brian frowned deeply and thought to himself as they sensed the true location of the Nexus Core. "So all this time, the Nexus Core has been underneath this entire realm..." He thought, looking at the ground, then he smirked. "Then this gives me a reason to destroy this entire realm to oblivion..."
The Council members exchanged uneasy glances, a silent understanding passing between them. Brian's words hung in the air, a chilling promise of annihilation. They knew his destructive tendencies, his penchant for overkill. The mission had started with the intent to stop the corrupted Zydonians, but now, the fate of the entire realm rested on their shoulders.
"Brian, you can't!" Sana protested, her voice filled with alarm. "There are still innocent Zydonians here, beings who haven't been corrupted. We can't just destroy everything!"
Kronii stepped forward and spoke. "Brian is right, there is indeed no hope for this entire realm. The only thing to save the innocent is to destroy the virus itself..." She said with a serious face.
Mumei, standing in the corner holding her daggers, spoke. "Guys, what are we gonna do about the resurrected Zydonians?" she asked the rest of the Council.
Baelz snorted, her eyes darting between Brian and Sana. "As much as I agree with Kronii's take on the making, can we table the ethical debate for, like, five minutes? We've got a zombie robot horde trying to tear us apart!" She gestured wildly with her spear at the advancing corrupted Zydonians. "Priorities, people!"
Mumei, ever the pragmatist, nodded in agreement. "We need a plan, and fast. Can we even reach the Nexus Core while fighting these things?"
Brian scoffed and spoke in a cold tone. "Whatever, you girls strategize whatever fucking plan you have of fighting these undead metallic zombies..." He said towards the girls, as he cracked his knuckles. "This motherfucking is mine for the taking..." He said, gesturing to the Council that he alone would fight corrupted D16. And Brian and Corrupted D16 were having a stare down.
Brian grinned, a predatory glint in his eyes. "Alright, tin can," he said, his voice laced with excitement. "Since you finally embrace this corruption, I hope you can finally give me a good fight..." He said in a devious grin as he struck his fighting pose again.
D16 roared, a distorted, mechanical sound, and charged again, his sword cleaving through the air. Brian weaved and dodged, his movements impossibly fast, each strike calculated and precise. He was toying with D16, testing the limits of his corrupted power.
Then the two exchanged a flurry of attacks, corrupted D16 unleashed a barrage of swings of his Energon Sword, while Brian countered his attacks with his own barrage of punches and kicks.
The battle was a whirlwind of brutal strikes and desperate parries, as the two continued to trade blow after blow. They slowly ascended to the skies.
Brian, still massively holding back, using only one and a half percent of his true power, weaved effortlessly through D16's clumsy attacks. D16's sheer size and power were overwhelming, but not a threat to him.
Brian parried one of D16's Energon Swords by kicking it away. Then Brian delivered a powerful right hook to D16's face with a powerful force, and some metallic pieces and black goo flew through the air. Brian didn't stop his assault, as he delivered a barrage of punches and kicks again into D16's whole entire body, and each successful hit sent shockwaves through D16's entire body.
D16 staggered back, the black goo sputtering from the cracks in his armor. He swung his Energon Sword wildly, trying to catch Brian, but the Sakarian was too fast, too agile. Each of Brian's blows chipped away at D16's corrupted form, weakening him, and enraging him further.
"Is that all you've got, tin can?" Brian taunted, his voice echoing across the battlefield. "I thought the corruption was supposed to make you stronger! So much for Zydon's great protector!"
Enraged, D16 unleashed a torrent of energy from his Nexus Core, a chaotic blast of corrupted power that threatened to engulf everything around them. Brian raised an eyebrow as the blast scorched his skin. He smirked, not feeling any pain or hurt from D16's pathetic attacks, as he only wiped his left shoulder with his right hand. "What a pathetic attack, but it's my turn now." D16 frowned as he saw Brian unscratched and unharmed by his attacks.
Brian vanished in a blur of speed, reappearing behind D16 in an instant. He delivered a swift kick to the back of D16's knee, causing the corrupted machine to stumble. Before D16 could regain his balance, Brian unleashed a flurry of punches and kicks, each strike precisely targeted at the weak points in D16's armor.
Sparks flew, metal groaned, and the black goo splattered as Brian's relentless assault continued. D16 tried to retaliate, swinging his sword wildly, but Brian was too fast, too agile. He danced around D16's attacks, making him look like a clumsy oaf.
Meanwhile, back on the ground, the Council members fought back-to-back against the relentless horde of resurrected Zydonian soldiers. Mumei danced through the ranks, her daggers finding the weak points in their corrupted armor, disabling them one by one. Kronii manipulated time, slowing the advance of the horde, giving her allies precious seconds to strike. Baelz spun her spear, a whirlwind of destruction, cutting down any zombie robot that dared to come close.
Fauna, shielded by Sana's cosmic energy, continued her struggle against the corruption within the entire realm. But it was a slow and arduous process. The corruption was deeply rooted within the realm of the Nexus Core, and it resisted their efforts with every fiber of its being. Her face was strained, her body trembling with the effort. "It's too strong!" Fauna cried out, her voice strained. "I don't know how much longer I can hold on!"
Sana gritted her teeth, focusing her cosmic energy. "We have to keep trying!" she said, her voice firm. "We can't let the corruption win!"
Despite their efforts, the tide of battle was turning against them. The corrupted Zydonians were relentless, their numbers seemingly endless. And D16, despite Brian's taunts, was a formidable opponent, his corrupted power growing with each passing moment.
Suddenly, a surge of energy coursed through D16, his movements becoming faster, his attacks more precise. The black goo pulsed with renewed vigor, tendrils of corruption snaking out and attempting to ensnare Brian.
"He's getting stronger!" Kronii shouted from below, narrowly dodging a corrupted Zydonian's blow. "Brian, be careful! The Nexus Core is feeding him power!"
Brian smirked, relishing the challenge. He looked down at the Council and shouted. "I can fucking see that, Warden of Time. I can sense his fucking energy..." He shouted to the girls, in an angry expression as he folded his arms.
D16 roared and dashed at Brian in a blinding speed, as he raised both of his arms and swung his Energon Swords in front of Brian. Brian, however, blocked D16's Energon Swords instantly with his right arm, as he slowly turned his head, looking at him with a serious expression. "Wow, your impatience is showing, asshole, huh..." The Energon Swords touched Brian's skin, but it drew no blood.
D16, eyes wide with disbelief, strained against Brian's unwavering block. The energy swords, crackling with corrupted power, pressed against Brian's skin, yet remained unable to break through. Brian's smirk widened, a predatory glint in his eyes.
"You really think that's enough to even scratch me?" Brian scoffed, his voice a low growl. "I'm just getting started," he said with a smirk.
D16's eyes widened in disbelief. He poured more energy into his swords, the corrupted power crackling and intensifying, but Brian's arm remained unfazed, a seemingly impenetrable barrier.
"What's wrong, D16?" Brian sneered, his voice dripping with mockery. "Is that the best you can do? I thought you wanted to give me a good fight." He said in a mocking tone. Brian then delivered a powerful left front kick to D16's stomach, making him fly back, creating distance between them. "Now, let me show you what true power looks like."
Brian then started to channel his energy. His legs were spread significantly apart, creating a wide and stable base. His knees are bent, lowering his center of gravity, as he roared loudly. "Rrrraaaaahhhh...!!!" This stance suggests stability and readiness to exert force.
His torso appears tense and slightly forward, hinting at the immense energy being contained within. As his energy bursts out with power, he is enveloped in a bright, close white aura (base form), which is a visual representation of his chakra. He starts to float and move in the air.
Both arms are bent at the elbows, held close to his body, and his fists are tightly clenched, a visual cue that he is channeling and focusing his energy. The intensity of the clenched fists emphasizes the power he is about to unleash, as he roared loudly, making the entire realm shake with him powering up. "Hrrraaaaahhhh!!!" He continued roaring louder, his brown hairy tail stopped moving.
D16 was shocked, as his scanners exploded from Brian's charging his power. The corrupted Zydonian soldiers on the ground stopped attacking the Council as they watched from the ground as Brian charged up his white aura. The Council members were shocked at Brian's display of power. They were shocked that Brian was shaking his surroundings with him just charging up his true power; they thought that he was about to go full power.
(But little did D16, the corrupted Zydonian soldiers, and the Council know, he was just showing D16 his charging his power to show despair to D16 that no matter what he did, he was 100 percent outmatched by Brian. As right now, Brian is charging to use two percent of his power.)
Kronii, still in shock, spoke. "Incredible, he is shaking the surroundings..."
Sana, also shocked as well, shook her head in disagreement and corrected Kronii's statement. "No, he is not just shaking the surroundings. He is shaking the entire realm itself..." She said to the rest of the Council.
"What!!!" All of the Council shouted in disbelief, as all of them had different reactions at Sana's statement.
Baelz, ever the pragmatist, narrowed her eyes, a hint of awe mixed with concern in her gaze. "Okay, so he's strong. Like, really strong. But is he going to destroy the realm just to prove a point?" She glanced nervously at her teammates, then back at Brian, her spear held ready. "Because I am not okay with that." She said, her spear still clutched in her right hand.
Mumei, who had been silently observing, her dagger still clutched in her right hand, finally spoke, her voice a hint of awe mixed with intrigue. "He's...different than what I expected," Mumei said in a shocked tone. "Even though we only met him yesterday, I didn't expect him to hide his true strength from us..."
Fauna, who was still struggling to contain the corruption, momentarily paused, her eyes wide with a mixture of awe and apprehension. The raw power emanating from Brian was making it even harder to focus. "I...I can feel it," she gasped, sweat beading on her forehead. "His power...it's like a force of nature. It's overwhelming!" Fauna said in an exhausted tone.
Kronii, usually stoic and detached, actually took a step back, her eyes wide with a hint of fear and astonishment. "What form of power is this? How can someone unleash such power that is capable of shaking this entire realm?" She said mentally, as she watched Brian in the skies.
Meanwhile, in the sky, Brian's power continued to surge, the white aura intensifying, crackling with immense energy. D16, frozen in place, could only watch in horror as the Sakarian's power reached levels he couldn't comprehend.
"W-what is this... power?" D16 stammered, his mechanical voice filled with fear. "It's... impossible!"
Brian didn't respond as he continued to scream loudly. "Hhhhhuuuaaaaa!!!" He roared, unleashing a planet-shattering scream. Brian unleashed a fraction of his power. The effect was immediate and devastating. The air crackled with energy, the sky turned grey, lightning and thunder appeared, and the very ground beneath them trembled.
The corrupted Zydonian soldiers were instantly vaporized, their metallic bodies disintegrating into dust. Even the Council members saw the corrupted Zydonians vaporized by Brian's raw power. Sana created a sphere or barrier that shielded all of the Council with her cosmic energy; she had to put more power into the barrier to keep it from breaking completely. Even inside the barrier, they could feel the immense power of Brian's planet-shattering roar, their faces pale with awe and apprehension.
D16, caught in the epicenter of Brian's power, screamed in agony as his corrupted form began to break down. The black goo bubbled and hissed, his armor cracked and shattered, and his mechanical body was twisted and contorted by the overwhelming force.
"N-no... this can't be happening!" D16 cried out, his voice a distorted echo of his former self. "I... I was supposed to protect Zydon! I was supposed to be its savior!"
Then, as Brian was almost done charging and unleashed a fraction of his power, a cloud covered his appearance completely. As the smoke slowly vanished, revealing Brian, his white aura also instantly vanished. His whole body steamed with the power he unleashed. His legs are spread wide apart, providing a stable and grounded base, his tail wiggled in the air.
This stance suggests strength and balance. His torso is straight, indicating confidence and readiness for action. Both arms are raised away from his body, with elbows slightly bent. His fists are tightly clenched, emphasizing determination and the intent to fight. Then, he lowered his arms and took a deep sigh and looked at D16 with a devious expression on his face and spoke.
Brian's smirk widened, his eyes burning with a fierce intensity, and he folded his arms. "You should be honored that I revealed my true power to an insect like you..." He said, mocking D16 completely. "Now then, since I'm done powering up, I want you to give me a good fight, insect... But I doubt you can give me one," he said in a mocking tone. "You're just going to disappoint me, just like the rest that I fought in the past," he said, his face turning serious.
D16, despite the agony wracking his body, managed a weak snarl, his eyes burning with a mixture of hatred and desperation. "I will not be defeated," he rasped, his voice barely audible above the lingering echoes of Brian's roar. "I am the protector of Zydon! I will not let you destroy my home!"
With a surge of will, D16 forced himself to stand, his corrupted form held together by sheer force of will. The black goo continued to bubble and hiss, but it clung to his broken armor, desperately trying to repair the damage.
Brian scoffed and said. "Very well then..." He said in a smirk. "Show me what you got then, tin can..." He said as he folded his arms, not even bothering to assume a battle stance.
D16, despite the agonizing pain and the disintegration of his corrupted form, refused to surrender. A flicker of defiance ignited within his shattered core. "I... I will not be defeated!" he roared, his voice laced with a desperate, ragged determination. "I will protect Zydon, even if it costs me my life!"
D16 channeled the last vestiges of his corrupted power. He summoned his Energon Swords in both of his arms, but this time infused with the corruption. He launched himself towards Brian with blinding speed, as he raised his arms.
"I will drag you down with me, Sakarian!" D16 screamed, his voice barely audible above the roar of the vortex. "I will consume you and make you a part of Zydon's demise!" As he is getting close, he swung his corrupted Energon Swords towards Brian.
Brian, however, remained unfazed. With a casual flick of his wrist, he caught both Energon Swords in his bare hands, stopping them dead in their tracks. The corrupted energy crackled against his skin, but he showed no sign of pain. As the two looked each other in the eyes, D16 gritted his teeth, while Brian grinned devilishly.
Brian tightened his grip on the corrupted Energon Swords, his grin widening into a predatory smile. "Is that all you've got?" he taunted, his voice laced with amusement. "I was expecting a little more fight from the great protector of Zydon."
D16 struggled, his mechanical limbs straining against Brian's hold, but the Sakarian's grip was unyielding. The corrupted energy surged and pulsed, but it couldn't break through Brian's skin. The black goo hissed and spat, desperate to find a way to corrupt its foe, but Brian remained untouched.
"You're weak," Brian sneered, his eyes burning with contempt. "You cling to the ideals of a dying world, blinded by a false sense of duty. You're nothing but a puppet, dancing to the tune of corruption."
With a swift motion, Brian twisted his wrists, snapping the corrupted Energon Swords in half like twigs, breaking them to pieces. The corrupted energy dissipated, leaving behind only jagged pieces of metal. D16 staggered back, his eyes wide with shock and disbelief, while Brian grinned devilishly at his despair.
"N-no... impossible!" he stammered, his voice filled with despair. "The Energon Swords... they were my most powerful weapons!"
Brian chuckled, his voice echoing through the shattered landscape. "Weapons are only as good as the one who wields them," he said, his eyes fixed on D16. "And you, my friend, are a pathetic wielder." He said, he flew toward him, his presence radiating power and confidence. D16 cowered before him, his corrupted form trembling with fear.
"It's over, D16," Brian said, his voice a low growl. "Your struggle is futile. Surrender, and I might just make your end quick."
But D16 refused to yield. Despite the agony wracking his body, despite the disintegration of his corrupted form, a spark of defiance still flickered within him.
"I... I will never surrender!" he roared, his voice laced with a desperate, ragged determination. "I will protect Zydon, even if I have to consume the corruption of the Nexus Core!"
Then, the corruption of the Nexus Core inside started to kick in, as D16 started to change appearance. He screamed in agony as his whole metallic body started to be deformed by the corruption itself. The Council's eyes widened in shock as they witnessed what is happening to D16, while Brian smirked excitedly, as he sensed that D16's power increased, but not enough to be a threat to him.
The transformation was grotesque. D16's metallic body warped and twisted, the smooth surfaces replaced by jagged, corrupted protrusions. The black goo surged outwards, engulfing him entirely, forming a monstrous, hulking form. Spikes erupted from his back, his limbs elongated into grotesque claws, and his face contorted into a horrifying mask of corruption. His eyes glowed with an eerie red light, burning with the Nexus Core's malevolent energy.
"Rrrraaaagghhhh!" D16 roared, his voice a guttural, distorted echo of his former self. The ground trembled beneath his massive feet as he took a step forward, his corrupted form radiating a palpable aura of darkness.
Brian, however, remained unfazed. He watched with a predatory gleam in his eyes as D16 underwent his horrific transformation, a smirk playing on his lips.
"Interesting," Brian mused, his voice calm and collected. "So, you've decided to embrace the corruption fully. I must admit, I'm somewhat impressed."
D16, now a hulking monstrosity, slammed his fist into the ground, creating a shockwave that rippled through the battlefield. "I am no longer D16!" he bellowed, his voice a chorus of corrupted whispers. "I am Absalom, the will of Zydon! The corrupted! And I will crush you, Sakarian!"
Brian chuckled at his new name and spoke mockingly. "Hmph, Absalom, huh... fancy name... I hope you can back that up..." He said, folding his arms.
Without warning, D16 – now named Absalom – charged at Brian with incredible speed, his massive claws outstretched, ready to tear him apart. Brian, however, simply sidestepped the attack with ease, his movements fluid and graceful. Then D16 slashed his right hand against Brian, but Brian again effortlessly dodged his claws. Then Brian spun his whole body and delivered a powerful right kick to D16's corrupted/metallic face, as some of the metallic pieces and black goo flew to the air due to the force of Brian's kick. D16 flew through the air, making distance between the two of them.
"Is that it?" Brian taunted, his voice dripping with mockery. "I expected more from the 'will of Zydon.' You're just a mindless beast, fueled by the Nexus Core's corruption." He said folding his arms.
D16 roared in fury and unleashed a barrage of attacks, his corrupted claws slashing through the air with blinding speed. But Brian dodged and weaved through the attacks with effortless grace, his movements seemingly defying gravity. Absalom roared in fury and unleashed a barrage of attacks, his corrupted claws slashing through the air with blinding speed. But Brian dodged and weaved through the attacks with effortless grace, his movements seemingly defying gravity.
Then Brian performed one of his techniques, as his hands moved in a fluidity of a fire in a clockwork precision. A technique that can parry every attack. Even the type of attack that cannot be parried and even overpowered. The type of attack that can parry and destroy anything, regardless of how tough, eternal, or infinite it is. Even reason and logic itself can be destroyed. Even if the attack can undermine the immortality of gods and prevent their regeneration, and even if the attack can nullify spells and reduce them to nothing, and by destroying the order of the world a target without making contact with it.
Brian moved both of his hands, as if his hands moving like the fluidity of a fire, and spoke. "NINJA ART: FIRE STREAM RAGING GOD FIST!" He said, as he parried all of Absalom's attacks effortlessly. Absalom relentlessly attacked. Brian analyzed his movements, searching for weaknesses in his corrupted form. He noticed that the black goo covering Absalom's body pulsed with energy, but it seemed to be concentrated in specific areas.
Brian grinned, sensing an opportunity. "So, that's where you're drawing your power from, huh?" he muttered, his eyes narrowing. "Let's see how you like it when I cut off the source."
As Absalom continued his relentless assault, Brian seamlessly transitioned from defense to offense. With blinding speed, he darted forward, his fists a blur of motion. He targeted the areas where the black goo pulsed most intensely, delivering a series of precise, devastating blows.
"NINJA ART: THE VENOM HAND STRIKE!" Brian shouted, as he attacked all of Absalom's pressure points, disrupting his already corrupted program, his fingers impacting Absalom's corrupted form with incredible force. Each strike disrupted the flow of energy within the black goo, causing it to flicker and sputter.
Absalom roared in pain and fury as Brian's strikes began to take their toll. The corrupted energy that fueled his enhanced strength and speed began to wane, his movements becoming sluggish and erratic. The black goo that covered his body started to recede, revealing glimpses of the metallic frame beneath.
To be continued.
