The moment those words were spoken, not only Gu Yuena, but also Meng Hongchen, Wang Dong'er, Di Qiuer, and the others all turned their gazes toward him at the same time.

Although it looked like the Sun Moon Empire was forcing Shrek Academy and the Holy Spirit Cult into a corner, in their hearts, the true culprit that had stolen their future might actually be the Clear Sky Empire—the so-called ally.
After all, in their original vision, if Shrek Academy, the Holy Spirit Cult, and the Clear Sky Empire had joined forces without reservation, they would have definitely been able to block the Sun Moon Empire's advance.
They might have even had a strong chance to counterattack and replace the Sun Moon Empire as the new ruler of the Douluo Continent.
But now, because of the Clear Sky Empire's inaction, that hope had been completely shattered.
If Shrek Academy and the Holy Spirit Cult truly reached a dead end, would they let the Clear Sky Empire—the true culprit—get away unscathed?
