Chapter 104 - Chapter 104 – Barbarossa Crushes the Seas

One of Cumberland's fairy drones flew over to film this side of the battlefield, giving Fletcher a featured shot—though most of the footage focused on Tirpitz and Yamato.

They were, after all, the most powerful forces dispatched by Shipgirl Headquarters.

But they weren't the first to move.

The First Battleship Division was launching its assault!

One hundred fully maxed-out battleship-class shipgirls—this was the strongest force the South Seas could muster. Any one of them could flatten a city or bring a nation to ruin.

Now, they formed a battle array and charged in unison toward Abyssal Barbarossa.

Barbarossa did not retreat. A sneer of contempt curled at her lips. "Mere ants."

One of the battleship shipgirls opened fire first!

Her barrage roared toward Barbarossa—but she didn't dodge. In fact, according to previous scans, her evasion stat was just 1. She couldn't possibly dodge attacks from opponents at her level.

But when the smoke cleared, Barbarossa slowly lowered the hand she'd raised to shield her face—without so much as a scratch on her body.

There was no time to hesitate. Battleships like Ise, Hyuuga, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Warspite instantly tightened the encirclement, launching full barrages to trap Barbarossa in the heart of the formation.

Meanwhile, shipgirls better suited for melee combat charged in with deadly speed—Washington wielding an axe, the short Soviet girl swinging a sledgehammer, Maryland slashing with her crescent-bladed axe, and even Queen Elizabeth herself, bearing a massive shield and lance.

All their strikes surged toward the head of the demon dragon beneath Barbarossa's feet.

The sky was filled with thunderous attacks, drowning Barbarossa in a maelstrom of destruction.

Lexington furrowed her brow deeply. "Something's not right. This Barbarossa… Could it be a divine shield skill?"

From within the storm of light and flame, Barbarossa's laughter burst out, booming like thunder.

"Hahaha! Excellent! Finally, a chance to stretch my limbs! Though you're nothing but inferior shipgirls, to entertain me is your honor!"

The hundred-meter demon dragon beneath her began to grow, swelling before the stunned eyes of the South Seas fleet—to a thousand meters… stretching across the entire ocean.

With a single sweep of its body, faster than the eye could follow, it tore the sea apart. Several shipgirls who failed to dodge in time were struck head-on—their rigging shattered in an instant, knocked into critical damage.

"Still not enough? Then taste the wrath of the German super-cannons! This is the triumph of willpower!"

Barbarossa's eight gun barrels aimed at the advancing South Dakota.

With a single full salvo, eight laser-thick cannon blasts, as wide as buildings, struck South Dakota all at once.

In just 0.1 seconds—her rigging was shattered. In 0.2 seconds—she sank in despair.

Back on the Silent Horizon, Yamato's hands trembled. "How can she possibly be this powerful?!"

On the sea surface, Fleet Admiral Gorou looked even more hunched than before. He nodded to Indiana beside him. "Second and Third Battleship Divisions—enter the battlefield. Ruko, stay alert for your opportunity."

Destroyer Inazuma—real name Ruko—gave the old Fleet Admiral a hug, summoned her rigging, and moved out alongside the reinforcing battleship shipgirls.

Amid the onslaught, Barbarossa laughed wildly, reveling in the carnage. Out of the three hundred battleship-class shipgirls, only a handful even managed to break through the coiling dragon's defenses to land a shot at close range.

But her armor was far too thick. Even ultimate techniques like the United Sword Strike from combined fleets barely grazed her.

Aboard the Silent Horizon, the Commander of the now-sunken South Dakota was blood-eyed with rage.

"The intel said her armor was only 140! Now she's tanking hits like she has 500 armor! What kind of damn intel did you give us?!"

Yamato was also frantically analyzing Barbarossa's data. "It's not just her defense—her firepower is absurd too! To one-shot a fully trained shipgirl with a single blast… Does she have 1000 firepower?! That's insane! That shouldn't even be possible!"

Tirpitz's usual laziness had vanished from her face. She stared like a hawk at the fierce battle unfolding above.

"No… something's off. She's not supposed to be this strong. If I'm right…"
