(3rd Person POV)
"Jaster, this is Cole. What's the situation?" Cole asks.
[Cole, where were you?]
"Problem with the hyperdrive engine. I had to make a short stop, but I'm back on track towards Mandalore."
[I see. The situation has turned to shit. As I predicted, Tor Vizsla has banded the extremes together and started a war. We're currently on Concord Dawn, trying to fight them off, but it hasn't gone well. We were granted refuge with a farming family.]
"I see. Tell me where and who they are, and I'll get there as fast as I can," Cole says.
[They are called Fet- zzzzzzzzzz]
"Jaster? Jaster!? Hmm."
Cole ignores what he can't change and returns to his working area. The fight against the Jedi and her Padawan was his first experience with them. And it was not as he imagined. The fight wasn't a problem for him; he kept them busy, did anything that just came to mind and abused their weaknesses against them. It might have been a bit overkill. But now, he sees that there are easier ways to fight Jedi. He could have done that faster, but it was a nice experience for him, and he enjoyed it.
As a result, he got not one but two lightsabers. And boy, oh boy, how fun that is.
Naturally, Cole didn't waste any time and created a rifle to accommodate the lightsaber. He built his own version of the lightsaber rifle.

But the rifle would overheat after five shots, so it wasn't what he wanted. Cole spent his time improving the rifle and came up with something that worked better and for more charges. Finally, to make it really good, he used his inventory and combined it with his Colt. The result is something that suits the sci-fi setting well.

Cole continued to create more weapons with different effects. What he was currently working on was a different type of grenade. An advanced version of the stun grenade. To do that, he started to create a straitjacket made of strong materials. He placed that into his inventory and then began working on the stun grenade. It was important to him to experiment on himself, as that was a particular way of finding out just how effective it would be in battle. He increased the energy output by making the grenade significantly more unstable. It wasn't what he wanted, but it would work for now. To finish things off, he combined the Stun Grenade with the straitjacket and tried to create a mix between the two. He should have figured this out sooner, as it was the most effective way to capture targets, prepare them for transport, and avoid outright killing them.
The effects were strange. He managed to create a straitjacket that exploded in the form of the stun grenade, or a stun grenade that exploded and spat out a straitjacket. But that's not what he wanted. He wanted the grenade to explode, stun the target and then wrap around it to capture it. He might even build a taser inside the straitjacket eventually, but to do that, he first had to succeed.
Putting things away, Cole changes his gear and dons his serious attire. Years ago, he trained the young Jaster Mereel on Concord Dawn, his home planet, when he was but a wee lad and taught him how to fight. He didn't stay for long, but Jaster was a good man, so Cole spent a while longer there. Jaster promised to make Cole a Mandalorian when he becomes Mand'alor, and now is that time. But as good a man as Jaster is, so bad is his opposition, Tor Vizsla.
.
Cole exits hyperspace and approaches Concord Dawn. He presses a few buttons and tries to get a read on the different frequencies. But he doesn't get anything but the usual chatter of a spaceport. Neither the True Mandalorians, as Jaster and his men call themselves, nor the Death Watch, as Tor Vizsla and his band of criminals call themselves, use their comms this way. So Cole has to do manual labour. He sets the Star Yacht down and exits. As he arrives outside, Cole places the Yacht into his inventory and takes out his modified N-1 starfighter. He doesn't want to gather attention while he's here.
He gets out his tools and starts to look for the Mandalorian crafts that the Death Watch or True Mandalorians used to arrive on the planet. He moves to a location that the Death Watch may have gone and starts running. As far as he could hear, Jaster and the True Mandalorians had just experienced a setback. He makes his way to the small city of Concord Dawn and approaches a man sitting at the entrance of his house.
"Greetings. I'm looking for Mandalorians. Have you seen any?"
"Which ones are you looking for?" the old man asks unbothered.
"Doesn't matter. Mind pointing me in the direction they went?"
"I don't know where they went, since they haven't been here yet. But a few hours ago, several crafts flew north over the city. Might be who you're looking for."
"Thank you," Cole says and hands the old man a few credits.
Telling Cole this is dangerous as Mandalorians take information relay rather seriously. If you rat them out, you might as well dig your own grave. But Cole asked in a way that the man didn't have to rat out anyone. Cole gets moving and moves out of the city, towards large fields. The family Jaster wanted to tell him about must be a family of farmers, which makes sense if you want to hide. It's harvesting season after all. Cole rushes through the field, using his enhanced senses for anything that might point him in a direction he should be heading. After several minutes, he reaches a clearing with a blue harvester standing there.
Cole stops and looks around, using the heat sensors in his helmet to watch for anything suspicious. Not finding anything, he kneels down and looks at the tracks. Truly, the tracks indicate heavy boots not used for farming but rather for combat. He takes in the entire picture and then follows the tracks through the field. Finally, he hears voices and people in the distance. So, Cole slows down and checks out what it is. He sees a group of Mandalorians holding down a man and the leader of the group, beating the shit out of the farmer, while others hold him down.
"This is the last time I ask nicely. Where is Jaster Mereel?" the man says and punches the farmer.
*BAM*
"Urgh... I haven't seen him since he was exiled, and I took over his post. I'm the Journeyman Protector here... I'm the law..." the farmer says.
*Whooosh*
Cole unsheathes the Deathstroke and swings it through the air, holding it at the neck of one man and pointing the Colt forward, aiming at another one. He heard them approach and was ready. But still, he is surprised to see who it is.
"Woah! Cole, it's me," the one he holds at gunpoint says with raised hands.
He reaches up very slowly and takes off his helmet.
"Good to see you, Jaster," Cole says, not taking his weapons away.
"Yeah, good to see you too, Cole. Mind lowering your weapons?" Jaster says.
"Indeed. Are you and your men ready?" Cole asks, seeing the situation with the farmer getting out of hand.
"Of course," Jaster says and takes his blaster pistol in his hands.
"Good, then let's end this war before it goes on too long," Cole says and turns to the scene with the Death Watch.
One of the Death Watch men grabs the farmer's boy, and Tor Vizsla points his weapon at his head.
"Answer me, or you will be wearing your kid's armour."
*PSHOWW!"
A blaster shot hits the man holding the young boy and penetrates his head.
"You drop my child!" a woman coming out of the farm says, holding her rifle at Tor Vizsla.
"Jango! Run!" the farmer shouts at his son.
That's the moment the True Mandalorians and Cole take to attack. They are far fewer men than the Death Watch, but that doesn't matter now. They have Cole after all, and Jaster knows his teacher's skill better than anyone. They move through the crops and fire their blasters at the Death Watch men. Seeing the attack, Tor Vizsla roars orders at his men.
"Jaster! Attack! Kill them all!"
Hundreds of shots are exchanged with the Death Watch, thinking that they have the advantage. One of them aims his gun at the woman and is just about to pull the trigger.
*Shing*
The Deathstroke, swings through the air and severs the man's arm. Cole aims behind the Mandalorian and pulls the trigger several times. Each shot is a kill.
He moves towards the woman and the girl and blocks them, pushing them into the house, using his back, all while continuing to shoot at the Mandalorians. The mother and daughter pair fall to the ground, and Cole shuts the door. Seeing him here, the mother raises her rifle and aims at Cole, but he kicks it out of her hands.
"Relax. I'm not here to hurt you. Take your child and move to the lower floors. This will get ugly."
"WAIT! My-my son! Please, Jango's still out there," she says.
Cole opens the door and moves out again. He sees Jaster doing well, but the Death Watch are still more and they are about to overwhelm the True Mandalorians. He goes on the offensive. He dodges several shots aimed at him and charges forward. He swings his blade through the air, blocking further attacks and shoots his Colt towards the Death Watch. He switches around from blaster fire to disintegrator. These armours are made from true Beskar and therefore block normal blaster fire. His shots pass through the armour and kill the men without a problem. He sees Tor Vizsla manhandling several True Mandalorians and moves in that direction.
A Death Watch member blocks his way and fires his flamethrower at Cole. But that doesn't bother Cole anymore. Not that it bothered him before, but not, even less. A grey energy shield appears from his handguard, blocking the flames. He pushes forward, ramming into the man and pushing him to the ground. As he leaves, Cole swings his sword and cuts off his head. The next one arrives and fires his blaster at Cole. The shots are blocked with the energy shield. Cole punches the man in the mask and pulls his head down, meeting it with his knee. With a final quick turn of the head, he breaks his neck and ducks underneath a rocket.
*BOOOOM*
Cole's entire suit is powered by a Kyber Crystal. But not just any Kyber crystal, Cole fused the green and purple ones he got from the Jedi and her Padawan, creating a greyish one. And since it's a fused crystal, the power output is both Kyber Crystals squared. It's a bit insane.
After a couple of minutes, the Death Watch see that they stand no chance and tries to flee. They start to run into the fields, but Cole doesn't care about that at all. He rushes forward and shoots his grappling hook, impaling Tor Vizsla through the leg and pulling him towards him.
"ARGH!" he shouts.
"Where are you going? We're not yet finished," Cole declares.
"Who are you?! Another of Jaster's pathetic followers?"
"Cole Cassidy, pleasure. I'm a bounty hunter."
"A bounty hunter!! Arrogant rat!" Vizsla says and throws a grenade at Cole.
But Cole is faster and kicks the grenade away, letting it explode in the air. The leader of the Death Watch engages Cole in a close-quarter fight and punches him in the mask. The Terminator moves his head forward, into the punch and hurts Tor Vizsla's hand. A slight cracking sound is heard, but the Mandalorian doesn't give up. He takes out his blaster and fires at Cole, forcing him to block using his energy shield. In response to this, Cole grabs his staff and engages Vizsla in a sword-staff fight. But it's not really a fight, as it is a one-sided beating. Cole kneecaps Vizsla, making him shout in pain and then breaks his left arm, forcing him to let go of his vibro blade.
"ARGHH!! Fuckin-"
*BANG*
Cole shoots Vizsla through the head and ends the man's life, far earlier than he was supposed to. Tor Vizsla was supposed to survive the war until the end, when Jango Fett kills him, but that has changed. The Death Watch has just lost their leader and are now forced to either give up the war or look for a new one. But knowing them, they will continue to fight, and simply lay low for now until they have gathered their forces anew.
"You killed him," Jaster says as he walks next to Cole.
"Did you want to do it?"
"I'm glad it's over now. I don't need personal glory or anything of the sort. Thank you, Cole, truly."
"Any time, Jaster. It was enjoyable," Cole says.
"Heh, only you would say something like that. We were losing this war, believe it or not. And then you come along..."
"And ruin everything."
"No. As I said, I'm glad the war didn't take as long as it might have otherwise. With Vizsla dead, it's only the stragglers we need to worry about."
"So, what about that armour we were talking about?" Cole says.
"Haha, I have it ready for you."
