Kai was disappointed that he wasn't able to help yesterday in the cave. We then went into the market. The market was packed today, it was almost too congested to walk through. There was a new shop I hadn't seen before that wasn't getting much traction, as we enter the little shop we hear "Welcome to Runes and Relics, how can I help you today?" The walls are lined with magic items, that all seem to be of good quality, and there even seems to be a second room! One of the relics caught my eye, it was a sleek black cloak that had ancient runes engraved in an arcane blue. The cloak seemed brand new and as I learned it has the power of self repair. I bought the hood without a second thought. I also got word today that the telebeth party has set out on their adventure. As I walked back to the inn it got me thinking "why don't I buy a home? The living expenses for the inn are already expensive enough, why not buy one?" So I went to the contractor and we went to a few different homes. The first home was a giant 20 bedroom mansion, but it was way out of the price range. The second house was a little cottage out side of the city walls, but that one was wayyyyyy to small. The third house however was a 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom house that also came with a tower connected to the house that could be used as a study. It also came with a basement that could store anything we want. So I bought it for 100 gold. I told the party about the house and they were all overjoyed! They moved their items into the home and got settled in. The house is slightly outside city walls so we are slightly more prone to property damage. I got a bunch of concretes and other materials and stored them in the basement. I molded one of the buckets of marble into a toilet and created a working flush mechanism. I also made it so that all of the waste turn into mana and power the lights of the house. I also molded a nice shower out of marble, tainted glass, and a nice cloth as a curtain. The water is made with mana and the water at the bottom is turned straight back into mana. I also created some soaps and other household items that don't exist yet in this world. I then go up into the tower. I put a desk right under the large window, a stack of papers on the desk, and a mana fueled pen. I also put a few book shelves on the walls of the study and I filled them with books about mana, spells, history, monsters, and most of all myths. Well I was arranging the items though a stone fell from the wall. The stone seemed to be covering a small hole that contained a crimson red book. The book's edges were an even darker red metallic material. The book contained a bunch of information on monsters I had seen before. The weird part was that most of the pages were blank but as I studied monsters in other books they would appear in the red book. I am keeping the book with me for the time being to study it further. I also set up a couch, rug, and "TV". The "TV" displayed areas around the house like a camera system, it also can show basically anywhere in a 40 mile radius (this includes the castle which is only 5 miles away.) I also upgraded my bed making it much more similar to the ones on earth. Felicity's room had what seems to be LEDs but at closer inspection were tiny glowing bugs that were strung on a piece of string and her room was very pink. I also recently heard about a school nearby. It would be nice to finish off my years of school for real. Apparently also the schools in this world last until you're 21. With that being said I finally laid down on my bed and fell asleep.
