Logan fainted after giving his all to launch the arrow made out of lava and almost killed Shi Heng. Mason comes out of the stone wall Logan conjured to protect her, rushing towards Logan. "Logan! Logan! Are you hearing me? Open your eyes!" she tries to reach him, but Logan stays unconscious.
Shi Heng was shocked, standing there, staring in disbelief at the obsidian arrow that had nearly taken his life. "What the hell just happened?" he questions himself not wanting to believe what's happening. He manages to pull himself together and starts walking towards Logan and Mason.
Mason seeing Shi Heng walking up to them, shouts "F**k of you freak! What do you want from us?" Tears are dropping from her face.
Shi Heng approaches Logan and Mason. Looking at Logan's face up close he realizes he is not the man he thought he was. Instead, Logan was the Subway Hero that Shi Heng saw on YouTube shorts.
Before crossing paths with Logan, Shi Heng had just fought with a couple of robbers who were robbing a grocery store. He managed to capture two of them but one of them ran away, so Shi Heng thought Logan was the guy who ran away.
As soon as Shi Heng saw Logan's face up close he realized he messed up a big time. Hurting not just innocent people, but the Hero who saved the whole train full of people.
Shi Heng sits down and apologizes to Mason: "I am so sorry, I thought He was the robber who escaped from me. But after looking at his face closer, I realized he wasn't the robber I thought he was." And he calls an ambulance and takes care of them.
After Logan wakes up, he sees Mason right next to him, and Shi Heng standing in front of him.
Logan: "Hmm…, where am I?"
Mason: "We are in the hospital, Logan. Thank God, you finally woke up."
Logan: "In a hospital? How long have I been asleep?"
Mason: "Two days, you have been asleep two days since that day."
Logan: "Really? Hmm… Anyways, more importantly, why are you here?" (He asks Shi Heng)
Shi Heng: "First of all, I am so, incredibly sorry for hurting you two. I thought you were the criminal who escaped from me. And I have an offer for you, you seem to know magic very well, even better than me. So I invite to our research team, we researching and learning magic. It would be amazing if you join us.
Logan: "Hmm…, nah, I am a solo guy. I don't do teamwork, I have to pass. And I didn't really like your face, so get lost already!"
Shi Heng: "All right, sorry for the trouble, and if you change your mind, here is my contact card." He leaves his card. And, then leaves the room.
Mason looked at Logan, squeezing his hand. "Guess you really don't like teams, huh?"
Logan chuckled, leaning back against the pillow. "Not really. But for you, I'd make an exception."
