Chapter 16 - Chapter14: taking king hassan place(rewriten)

---

Trunest Main Body POV:

While today I was just fucking around with my powers like a baller

In the Sefirah Castle,

Today's experiment is about testing the limits of the History Project.

I am trying to project someone inside of my body (no homo)

So I can gain all of their powers, experience— even memories, if I want.

And guess who I want to project?

It's a Grand Servant from Type-Moon—

The Old Man of the Mountain.

The strongest Assassin.

(AN: Shiki does not count.)

King Hassan.

His powers of both concealment and his Authority over Death made him overpowered enough that even Alaya sent him to kill Tiamat.

Well, I wanted his powers to perform the Sequence 2 ritual of the Darkness Pathway—Servant of Concealment, and the Sequence 0 ritual of the Death Pathway.

---

Servant of Concealment Ritual:

Sever all social ties and external influences.

Avoid influencing others or being influenced by others.

Live isolated in darkness and silence for 3 years without going mad.

Death Ritual:

Create or merge with a true final destination for the dead, ensuring all deaths in the domain lead there.

---

Damn, talk about hard rituals.

Amanises was lucky she spawned as a Sequence 2—I doubt she would've been able to do that as a normal human.

As for the other rituals before them…

They're as hard as Sequence 1 rituals.

Nightwatcher Ritual requires taking a true Sequence 0 descendant just to start it.

Leonard "gay" Mitchell somehow did it...

As for the Horror Bishop ritual...

Yeah, I ain't built for that.

Not right now, at least.

To overcome and accept my deepest fear, I have to prepare mentally for these.

Although I wonder… how did the Celestial Worthy make Amanises a Sequence 2 without doing the rituals?

Are there loopholes?

Can I make an avatar for every Pathway?

Anyway, we went off the main topic.

Preparing to project Old Man Hassan is more important than my thoughts.

If you want to project someone, you have to at least know:

Their name

Their appearance

Their status

You can't project someone of Angel status while thinking they're just a Saint.

(AN: btw that's just my bullshitting.)

You have to know what Pathway they're on.

If you're familiar with the person you're projecting, it might take less spirituality to project them.

Although the Old Man of the Mountain isn't an Angel from Lord of the Mysteries,

He's definitely at Angel-level strength—to be able to kill a concept with his Death powers...

Plus he's got EX-level Concealment, which makes him even more broken.

Therefore, I'm either gonna fuck this up and die,

Or I'm going to get a broken ability.

I started imagining the Old Man of the Mountain, putting in all the knowledge I know about him.

The grey fog started molding itself around me,

Forming the shape of a giant figure.

Just as I thought I succeeded—

The white fog disappeared.

Four minutes later…

DAMN.

I don't think it worked.

I tried that like six times and it didn't work.

I want to try more, but my spirituality is getting low.

I only have one more try.

Just like they say: Seven is a lucky number.

The grey fog started molding itself again, going around me,

But this time, I'm going to try a new thing.

There are slight loopholes that appear when I try to project him—

As if connecting to something or some place.

Using multiple Authorities like the Error Pathway abilities to exploit loopholes,

And the abilities of the Black Emperor to magnify those loopholes…

Just when I thought nothing happened—

I saw it.

No… I felt it.

I was getting pulled, but before that I saw—

There were lines all over the cocoons that hold the transmigrators.

The world feelt... Fragile

As if, if I just moved a little, I could take lives.

My body felt stronger—way stronger—like I drank the Warrior potion 40 times.

The pull I felt grew stronger, and as I blinked, the area around me changed.

This place looked like an old city.

It was beautiful—the houses and the walls were magnificent.

I looked around, finding myself in the streets.

The Concealment I had was instinctively put up, like it was second nature.

I felt a presence... a strong one.

It was like looking at a golden glow, making me want to follow whoever that person was.

The feeling I got came from looking at the palace.

My mind finally caught up with what happened.

I had already realized where I was.

Uruk

The city ruled by Gilgamesh the King of Heroes

I know the chapter wasn't that long—

Sorry for not updating, I was sick.

Btw, put a review, guys.

Drop some power stones!

If you don't, Amon will come to you at night and steal your balls. 💀
