Chapter 315 - Chapter 315: Gradually Transformed into Thought

Chapter 315: Gradually Transformed into Thought

"Transferring Space-Time Gate authority…"

"Authority transfer complete."

"Current holder of Authority No. 980 for the Space-Time Gate: Hyuga Ryosuke."

Inside a modern facility resembling an underground factory, the atmosphere was tense.

In the monitoring room, a man in a suit stood beside Ryosuke. His short red hair and resolute face were now distorted, as though struggling against an invisible force. It was Suzuki Toichiro.

Unbelievable… That a human could wield such power was unthinkable. He had been right to delay the exploration of that other world. But why—why had he overestimated his own strength and launched an invasion years later?

A storm of conflicting thoughts surged through Suzuki's mind, but he quickly smothered them. He could feel the white-haired man beside him—Ryosuke—probing his mind. He had to suppress everything.

"Tell me... everything you know," Ryosuke said softly.

A powerful force flowed from his fingertips into Suzuki's head, like a violent wave crashing into his spirit. It struck at the deepest layers of his thoughts and memories.

Claw Organization. Superpowers. His wife.

Suzuki's eyes widened, veins creeping across his eyeballs like spiderwebs. He could feel his mind being ruthlessly searched—every memory laid bare.

No matter how desperately he roused his psychic power to resist, it was useless.

Even if he'd chosen to go all out—abandon his body and let his powers run wild—it wouldn't make a dent in Ryosuke's overwhelming presence.

"Don't waste your energy. Your world... is very special."

Ryosuke's tone was calm, even amused.

"Ever since I arrived, the suppressed power inside me has been awakening. This world is accelerating my growth. My strength is still climbing—but you've already reached your limit."

His glowing Tenseigan locked onto Suzuki's face. The invisible pressure from them effortlessly suppressed the superpowers rioting within Suzuki's body.

Ryosuke didn't know if it was this world's rules that caused it, but since coming here, his spiritual power and soul had begun breaking past their limits—escalating at an astonishing pace.

No wonder people here could control powers far beyond their physical limits. The rules of this world nurtured them.

Still... compared to someone like Shanks, Ryosuke's power boost was massive.

While Ryosuke scoured Suzuki's memories, his perception never left the building. He could feel everything.

Aboveground, Shanks was locked in a chaotic battle, leading Kuashan through waves of Espers. But the enemies' fighting style was simplistic. Their combat instincts were weak.

There was a reason for that.

From Suzuki's memories, Ryosuke gained a clearer understanding of this world.

It resembled his previous life's Earth—a world of modern civilization and relative peace.

The main difference was the presence of people with superpowers. But like ninjas in the shinobi world, they made up less than one percent of the population.

So, peace remained the norm.

Warfare was rare. Large-scale battles were virtually nonexistent. Most superpowered individuals only fought evil spirits. Conflict with regular humans was rare, and actual combat experience was minimal.

Compared to someone like Shanks—who had fought through the carnage of the One Piece world—these people were laughably inexperienced.

Shanks had already defeated 98% of this underground factory's defenders with just his Haki. Only 2% remained with enough ability to even stand.

And even then, their so-called powers meant little against seasoned fighters like him.

Their variety of psychic abilities lacked depth, especially when stacked against the cunning and fluid adaptability of ninjas.

"…But you were really lucky to have killed Uchiha Obito."

Ryosuke's expression didn't change as he watched the memory play out.

It had been pure chance. Suzuki had won only because of the enemy's unfamiliarity with psychic powers.

Obito was strong—but nowhere near Ryosuke or Uchiha Madara's level.

He had always relied on his Sharingan's phasing ability. But with only one eye, the technique had critical flaws.

Suzuki's telekinesis had perfectly countered it, exploiting Obito's moment of vulnerability.

Outside of Ryosuke's overwhelming suppression, Suzuki's strength wasn't trivial. His psychic power could lift entire cities and suspend them in the air without regard for gravity.

"I've seen enough. I understand your world now," Ryosuke said, withdrawing his probing energy.

Suzuki's face, still flushed with exertion, didn't ease. Despite knowing the overwhelming gap between them, he continued resisting—out of sheer pride.

But when Ryosuke said he would let him go, his bloodshot eyes froze.

"I hope you won't react too harshly once I release you," Ryosuke added calmly. "Otherwise, it could affect our future conversation."

His tone was casual, but his words left no room for doubt.

"There's no deep hatred between us. We're just standing on different sides, aren't we?"

Ryosuke had already taken the Space-Time Gate authority. As expected, Suzuki controlled only the gate linked to the ninja world. Nothing else.

That meant he was no longer a threat.

And if there was no threat—there was no need for violence.

"Phew…"

As Ryosuke relaxed his fingers, Suzuki's body was suddenly wrapped in an invisible force and pushed back several meters. He gasped heavily, staring at Ryosuke with caution.

"Telekinesis, huh?"

Ryosuke's Tenseigan clearly observed the physical and metaphysical changes that occurred when Suzuki used his powers.

"It's… beautiful. And incredible."

Indeed, this power was unlike anything in the ninja world.

It was almost like willpower given form—a psychic force with boundless potential.

More than just chakra... it was something entirely different. Something worth understanding.

"Hyuga... sir?"

Suzuki hesitated before speaking nervously. "I never intended to become an enemy of your world. I only attempted to explore it out of necessity—to protect myself."

"Your battle with Uchiha Madara that day... it shattered my courage. I haven't even dared to think about invading since then."

"I only sent a team later to gather intel... just for defense."

The battle in the Land of Water had become legendary—even across worlds. Despite being from another dimension, they had a clear grasp of what occurred. The cause of the clash, the explosive collision between two monsters that could shake the planet itself—it all played out vividly in Suzuki's memories.

He hadn't returned to that world in years. Not out of restraint, but out of fear—deep fear of Ryosuke.

That kind of power, something only gods or immortals should wield, was far beyond what their side could provoke.

Yet recently, Suzuki had discovered something unsettling: people from other worlds were appearing in his world.

And with them... came fear.

While the ones captured so far weren't from the ninja world—and not as overwhelmingly powerful—it meant dimensional barriers were cracking. If they could show up… then Ryosuke or even Madara might too.

His first thought had been to dispatch scouts—to assess the threat, to confirm if the situation could be resolved peacefully.

Unfortunately, he hadn't even briefed the advance team on his real intentions.

He hadn't expected to be caught red-handed—let alone visited directly—on his first attempt at interdimensional exploration in years.

"I've seen your memories. I know that was your intention," Ryosuke replied, tone calm but tinged with amusement. "But let's not pretend. Alongside your peaceful front, you had plenty of... other ideas."

No one could fully suppress desire. Especially someone like Suzuki —a man who was practically king in his own world. Ambition came with the crown.

He'd left out the fact that his initial expansion into the ninja world had been a calculated invasion attempt. That intent had only faded after he witnessed a fight no one could forget.

"…I admit, I had thoughts about your world at first."

Ryosuke's gaze tightened. Toichiro felt a chill race down his spine and hurriedly added, "But now, I just want a peaceful resolution. If Mr. Ryosuke has any plans, I—I can hand over full control of the Claw Organization to you!"

The stench of death clung to him.

It was suffocating—as if the slightest ripple in his thoughts would lead to instant annihilation.

Ryosuke's mind-reading was so absolute that Toichiro didn't even dare imagine resistance.

"Yes... you're very aware of your situation."

Ryosuke nodded slightly. "Now that I control the space-time gate's authority, someone from Hyuga will reach out to coordinate what happens next."

"I hope you treat Hyuga's envoys with the same... respect you're showing me now."

"In truth, Hyuga already controls three worlds. And more are on the way."

"We can't manage them all through brute force alone, so we recruit those from other worlds—those capable of serving us."

"I'm willing to join Hyuga."

Suzuki Toichiro didn't hesitate.

His surrender was just like Kuashan's—immediate, decisive.

When the gap in power was this massive, surrender was easier than pride.

"Very good."

Ryosuke wasn't surprised. Toichiro had witnessed the Water Country battle firsthand. His submission was predictable.

The man respected strength. That much was clear.

Yielding to someone who could crush him so utterly didn't seem to weigh on him at all.

"But even if you want to join, there are tests."

Ryosuke's tone remained composed. "Someone will contact you. No need to rush."

"For now… go stabilize your subordinates."

Taking over a world wasn't something that could be done overnight.

And Hyuga would never blindly follow the original plan for exploring and conquering other worlds. Not anymore.

Not every world could be subdued like the Teigu world.

Not everyone would surrender as easily as Suzuki Toichiro.

Some would resist—out of pride, patriotism, or desperation.

In the Teigu world, Ryosuke had witnessed people who, despite knowing the corruption of their empire, still chose to die for it. That experience made Hinata rethink the strategy.

Now, conquest had become cooperation.

But not between equals.

It would be a hierarchy—strict, structured.

"If you prove yourself worthy of Hyuga, you might be the one leading this world's cooperation plan."

When Suzuki Toichiro returned—after calming the Claw Organization and escorting Shanks back to the control room—Ryosuke had already mapped out the next steps.

"Since you understand both your world and ours have been invaded by outsiders—and that you yourself once played the invader—you should grasp how dire the situation is."

He paused.

"One world after another is being devoured. Conquered."

"The strong grow stronger. The weak become enslaved."

"In this survival game-like war between dimensions, the only chance to survive is to unite."

"But that unity must follow Hyuga's system. Strict rules. No exceptions."

Each world would function like a vassal state, its ruler following Hyuga's laws. To hold power, one must become Hyuga.

It didn't matter if they carried Hyuga blood or not—they would bear the name Hyuga.

That was the vision.

Not just a clan.

Not just a country.

Hyuga would become a planet. A system. An idea.

Anyone who followed Hyuga's law and upheld the ideal became one of them. The execution might differ—but the principle stayed.

In a way, Ryosuke and Hinata's vision was an evolution of the Will of Fire—expanded across worlds.
