Chapter 313 - Chapter 313: Rules

Chapter 313: Rules

Living atop the mountain, Whether it was Ryosuke or Sasuke, both possessed extraordinary vision, enhanced by the power of the Tenseigan and Sharingan. So… they saw everything that happened below From the emergence of the monster, Hinata's sudden assault, to the light Tiga radiated at the beginning.

"How can a mere human possess such overwhelming strength?" Sasuke stared in disbelief as Daigo Madoka raised a strange object and, with unwavering faith, summoned countless rays of light Transforming into a giant being, one even Sasuke found hard to contend with.

Daigo Madoka was, by all accounts, an ordinary human. No chakra fluctuations. No notable physique, speed, or strength. No hint of a warrior's conditioning. Just an average man.

And yet, by wielding that mysterious device, he boosted his power ten no hundred million times beyond his original capabilities. It defied logic. It shattered every rule Sasuke knew.

This kind of "power from nothing" was something Sasuke found hard to accept And tempting beyond measure.

If I had that treasure... A dangerous thought crept into his mind.

"Don't be too hasty." Ryosuke's voice was calm, almost regretful. "Not everyone can use that transformation device."

He paused, then added, "Some things are chosen by heaven. Destiny is not so easily overturned."

Ryosuke understood clearly Ultraman Tiga was Daigo. In fact, had he not interfered earlier, Hinata might've never gotten injured. She wouldn't have needed to take action. The monster would've been defeated by Daigo alone, and she'd have gained no practical experience from it.

Much like Naruto and Sasuke in the ninja world, or Yahiko in the Teigu world Daigo Madoka was this world's child of destiny. One blessed with immense fortune.

He carried the genetic blueprint of light. He possessed the Sparklence. He was chosen by the world and by this planet.

"He has something akin to a bloodline limit," Ryosuke explained softly. "Only those with the same trait can use the Sparklence and become Tiga."

"You could try decoding that bloodline… but I hope you understand," "This world still needs Tiga."

"Don't be reckless with Daigo Madoka. Don't let the pursuit of power enslave you."

Daigo Madoka was the destiny of this world. And where there is destiny, there are always those who attempt to defy it. Perhaps one day, someone might uncover Daigo's identity, unravel the light gene, and claim the Sparklence for themselves Becoming a new giant of light.

That someone… might be Uchiha Sasuke.

Which was why Ryosuke felt the need to warn him. To prevent him from losing himself.

Compared to Naruto, Sasuke's character and will still lacked depth.

Sasuke nodded slightly at Ryosuke's words, but his mind was spinning.

His shock didn't come from the connection between Tiga and Daigo. No. It came from Ryosuke himself.

How does this guy know so much?

They'd arrived in this world together. And yet, Ryosuke seemed to be pulling knowledge out of thin air. Secrets no one else had discovered.

Sasuke had lived here for years. And today was the first time he even learned of Tiga's true identity.

Meanwhile, Ryosuke had known it all along.

Who are you really?

He kept those questions to himself… but Ryosuke's presence was becoming more and more of an enigma.

But this world… is fascinating.

Ryosuke looked down at the battlefield. It was almost over.

With Hinata's combat intel, Tiga responded swiftly and decisively. First came the feint to identify the core of the monster's thick fog, which absorbed life force. Then came the real strike Disabling the monster's energy intake, Then blasting its vital areas.

A clean, surgical takedown. The monster never stood a chance.

Tiga, having completed the mission, soared into the sky. In the upper atmosphere, he dissolved into radiant light Then descended to Earth once more, reverting into Daigo Madoka.

Below, Daigo Madoka was already pretending to regain consciousness. He rejoined the GUTS, acting dazed, playing the part of the confused civilian.

Ryosuke turned away. He didn't need to watch any longer.

Hinata had smoothly integrated into this world under the identity Sasuke had prepared. Her mentality had also matured.

He doubted there would be any issues when she interacted with the GUTS from now on.

Behind him, Sasuke followed silently. They warped space instantly arriving at the monster's corpse.

Ryosuke had already analyzed the monster's inner structure with the Tenseigan. He knew exactly which materials could assist Hinata in her body training process.

To prevent the GUTS from seizing the remains, He collected the essential parts first Then used chakra to erase all traces of his presence, Creating the illusion that a portion of the monster's body had disintegrated under Tiga's finishing beam.

This way, Hinata wouldn't misinterpret the situation And her mindset for future battles wouldn't be compromised.

"I'll head back now. You handle the rest," Ryosuke waved lazily. "I'll prepare the body strengthening potion and bring it next time."

This world had countless resources Ryosuke needed New ingredients. New quenching agents. New evolution paths.

Just like the dangerous species from the Teigu world, monsters here boasted tremendous power. If processed correctly, they could yield medicines capable of pushing his physical strength to even greater heights…

Back at the Hyuga clan stronghold, Ryosuke immediately began developing a new body strengthening potion.

As for the Ultraman world The Hyuga clan had no intention of conquering it like they did with the Teigu world.

Here, the balance of power among global forces was tight. Internal affairs were stable. And most importantly

Humanity had a common enemy: Cosmic creatures from the stars. Ancient monstrosities sleeping beneath the Earth.

These existential threats united the planet.

Much like how the Shinobi Alliance had been formed to resist the Akatsuki The GUTS and other world governments in this realm had bonded to fend off invaders.

This was not a chaotic world the Hyuga could easily dominate. It was a world of order, unity, and shared purpose.

To exist here… Cooperation, not conquest, was the path forward.

In inappropriate circumstances, absolute force cannot conquer everything and will only spread the flames of hatred.

It was a warm afternoon, a few days after Ryosuke had returned to the ninja world.

"Ryosuke!"

There was a knock on the door, followed by a familiar voice that reached Ryosuke's ears.

"It's Hanabi."

Sitting at a desk cluttered with documents, Ryosuke was focused on analyzing the compatibility of the monster materials obtained from the Tiga world with other medicinal compounds. Without looking up, he responded casually, "Even if I'm your brother in law, I can't pull strings for you."

"If you want the body strengthening liquid, you'll have to gather the materials yourself or earn them through clan contributions."

At the door stood an energetic black haired girl, hands on her hips. Her frame was slender, yet packed with refined muscle powerful but not bulky. Her physique radiated a unique beauty born of strength and precision.

As Hinata's younger sister, Hanabi possessed an exceptionally pure Byakugan. But unlike Hinata, Hanabi's natural talent in combat and training had developed even more fiercely. She had nearly fully inherited the Hyuga clan's physical prowess.

Even Hyuga Neji, the top representative of the younger generation, was gradually struggling to keep pace with this war hardened girl in training.

Compared to Hinata, who despite reaching the tenth level of physical training with Ryosuke's aid still showed signs of bloating from imperfect absorption of the medicine, Hanabi had independently reached the sixteenth level of physical training in a simulated combat exercise held for the clan's youth.

She was four years younger than Hinata, yet her strength had already surpassed nearly everyone in the clan, aside from Neji.

"Who told you that?!"

Hanabi frowned, clearly displeased. "You rejected me last time, remember? I didn't bother you after that."

She was no longer the clingy girl from her childhood. Years of running between worlds with the clan had shaped her into a sharp, military style warrior A product of the Hyuga's discipline heavy command structure in the Teigu world. She carried herself with a direct and no nonsense energy.

"So... what brings you here this time?" Ryosuke chuckled, setting aside his research as he finally looked at her.

Her physical development was progressing steadily no hidden injuries, no instability. Good.

Perhaps soon, he could let Hanabi come into contact with his chakra and explore the possibility of evolving her Byakugan into the Tenseigan.

Like Hinata, Hanabi's bloodline was extremely pure. She had the potential to step onto the path of ocular evolution. As her brother in law, Ryosuke had no reason to withhold such knowledge from her.

Besides, Hinata wouldn't oppose the idea. If anything, she doted on her younger sister having taken on a motherly role after their mother's early passing.

But her way of spoiling Hanabi, as clan patriarch, leaned more toward strengthening her through hardship than coddling her emotionally.

Hanabi spoke crisply: "The clan captured someone from that supernatural world you mentioned. He was found here in the ninja world and has already been escorted to the clan."

"Oh?"

Ryosuke raised a brow in mild surprise. "You actually found one?"

The Superpower World A hidden world within the ninja world was one Ryosuke had discovered before he gained access to the Teigu world.

It was a strange realm, one that housed the space time gate leading back to the ninja world.

Through his temporal foresight, Ryosuke had caught glimpses of this realm and its dimensional link. But because fate was unpredictable, he couldn't clearly trace these foreign beings.

Unlike what he had observed in his original timeline, these outsiders weren't active. They seemed frightened by the chaos in the Land of Water and vanished from sight. Even Hinata had searched multiple times over the years but found nothing.

Ironically, the world he had once been most confident about conquering had remained out of reach… until now.

"The clan's already cracked into their memories."

Hanabi nodded. "Their world isn't quite what we expected."

"How so?" Ryosuke's eyes narrowed.

"According to the information you gave us," she began, "these people use a power called telekinesis, capable of exerting energy far beyond their physical limits yet without harming themselves."

She continued, "We confirmed this. In their own world, no matter how extreme their powers become, their fragile bodies don't self destruct."

"But when they use their abilities here, they start breaking apart."

"In other words, in our world, they can't freely use their superpowers… but in their own world, they can."

She paused. "They said it's because the rules are different."

"Rules..."

Ryosuke murmured, repeating the word as if tasting its weight. He stood up, waving her forward.

"Let's go. I want to meet these aliens myself."

He had encountered this concept of "rules" before in fiction from his past life. Similar to laws that governed societies, rules were fundamental forces that shaped each world.

Each universe operated under its own set of restrictions and allowances.

He remembered this concept from his earliest experiments when he and Iroha's team first explored other worlds. He had tested the limits of chakra usage across different worlds.

Chakra was the backbone of their strength as ninjas. If they entered a world that restricted chakra, their power would be crippled by at least 90%.

Thankfully, the Teigu world and the Tiga world had not imposed such restrictions. Or if they did, those rules had yet to act against them.

But now… This latest revelation seemed to confirm his long held suspicions.

They left the clan compound, heading for a secured facility that had once been a disciplinary prison.

The air was stale and heavy.

This large prison, constructed by the Hyuga to confine traitors or enemy captives, had remained largely unused. Crime within the clan was rare, and war captives even rarer.

Since its creation, no one had been held there not even a jailer assigned. Empty cells, silent halls… a forgotten relic.

Today, however, that changed. The alien captives now held within it were its very first prisoners.

To guard them, the clan had temporarily pulled ninja off active missions and reassigned them here.
