He kissed her again, only this time with more lip. She followed, doing what she hoped was right. His grip tightened and she was up, letting out a yelp and before locking both arms around his neck. Her wings spread, filling each wall, the tips covering the windows. He pulled away and she gasped for air, but he caught her lips again, pulling, launching her.
She let out a soft yelp, the likes she never thought would come out of her mouth.
His hands tied her legs around his waist like a knot. Even if she knew nothing, she knew showing off, but that made it better, he had every right to show off. It was the unwritten duty of the talented.
There was a wholly new intense pressure on her body leaving his hands free enough to slide over her buttocks on top of her robes. He squeezed on her, an act which tickled her whole body and she clenched her cheeks. He pushed and accidentally launched her off his lips.
Their height worked against each other. Waist to waist left her head floating over his, it didn't slow him down, kisses penetrating her senses through her neck, pecking and licking her shoulders before pulling her away from the wall and sliding his hands up her thigh to her knees. She slunk down till they were face to face and laughed.
He touched the side of her head, they tilted to kiss when... the entire carriage tilted up. Too entangled to gain balance, they fell, crashing right through the door on the other side and landed on an embankment, rolling into a heap.
The carriage came to a halt and the girls on the roof jumped after.
They lifted Heather, taking her away from Matthias with no protest. Her a child trying not to laugh but failing miserably. Nomonda did a short exam for bruises or broken bones. She squeezed Heather's wing.
"Ow! damn!" Heather said, getting control. "I think I hurt my wing when I fell."
"How though? You fell on your stomach." Nomonda asked.
"She had her wings out when it happened." Qondile said testing the size of the injury. Heather grimaced at her unkind touch.
"Dawn, ow, Day is there an issue which needs resolving?" Heather asked
"Yes ma'am, the longer they're with us the less their chances of surviving us" Dawn/Nomonda said.
