Only Lauren's Partner Was Missing
Senior Adam: "Where's your partner?" 😑
Brian: "Uh… one person is missing in the class." 😕
Senior John: "Where is she?" 😤
Brian: "Huh… not sure." 😕
Suddenly, a noise came from the door. Everyone turned.
Megan entered, a big bandage on her leg.
Classmates: "What the…!" 😨
Adam: "What happened to you?" 😑
Megan: "Just an accident." 😑
John: "Perfect timing, dear. Otherwise, both of you would be rejected before even playing." 😎
Megan: "Huh… okay." 😑
Adam: "Listen carefully: this volleyball tradition happens once every three years. If you don't participate now, you never get another chance. And if you don't have a partner, you're automatically rejected. Worse than losing!" 😮💨
Megan: "Oh… got it." 😎
Lauren: "But her leg?!" 😤
John: "Better to lose than be rejected." 😎
The Game Begins

Now it was the finale: Megan & Lauren.
John: "Who will serve, who will receive?" 😎
Megan: "I'll receive." 😑
Lauren: "I'll serve!" 😁
Adam: "Listen carefully—if this team doesn't win, your batch won't have a volleyball team at all." 😏
Everyone else: 😨
Adam: "Get set… GO!" 😎
Lauren stood at the far end to serve.
Lauren: "First serve!" 😁
Megan glanced at the ball, stepped back a little, and waited.
Joshua: "Wait… what? How is she going to receive like that? The net's in the middle!" 😱
The ball went over the net. Megan calmly turned, stepped forward, and hit it perfectly back.
Adam: "Goal!" 😑
In 45 seconds, they hit all 5 balls successfully.
Seniors: 😱
Others: 😱
Adam: "This… is a college record." 😶
Megan: 😏
Lauren: 😤
