Danielle stood outside Garrett Vincent's private villa, being turned away by the servant.
"Miss Diaz, please go back. Mr. Vincent has instructed that he does not wish to see anyone."
"Did you not tell him it's me?" Danielle asked urgently. Ever since that night at the party, she hadn't seen Garrett much.
Every time she tried to reach out, he pushed her away. Now, she had come directly to his residence, only to be met with another rejection.
"Mr. Vincent said he doesn't want to see anyone. I believe you fall under 'anyone,' Miss Diaz. Or perhaps you could call Mr. Vincent. If he wishes to see you, I will naturally let you in," the servant replied respectfully, though his lowered gaze carried a hint of disdain.
