He knew better than anyone that extras were the lowest level on a set. They had no rights, no say, and definitely no power to negotiate.
"How much do you get paid for a day as an extra?" he asked, his voice low and kind of heavy.
"80 for a day. Today, since there was a bowing scene, they added 50 dollars. And for the demonstration of the kneeling and bowing, I can get an extra 200," she said.
He stared at her, his eyes dark and unreadable. So... for just 330 dollars, she had to keep kneeling and bowing like that?
