Simple, direct. Loki didn't make any elaborate movements; he simply leaped.
His jump far exceeded his previous record. Wiping the sweat from his brow, Tsezguerra muttered to himself, 'This seemingly ordinary kid might be even more terrifying than that other guy!'
Tsezguerra's companions were equally astonished. They hadn't expected such power from such an unassuming youth.
His Nen deployment was incredibly smooth.
Tsezguerra smiled. "That's enough. You've passed. I apologize for my earlier doubts; your youth made me suspicious."
"I understand," Loki replied. "Can we start now?
Conquering the Greed Island."
Loki was eager to see how strong the game developer, Razor, truly was.
Seeing Loki's impatience, Tsezguerra quickly said, "Don't rush. We don't have enough people; we need to wait for others."
"Others?" Tsezguerra hadn't mentioned this before.
Goreinu frowned. "Who?"
"Another team. Two kids, but very strong."
Before Tsezguerra could elaborate, the sound of Travel echoed through the air. Two powerful Nen blasts descended from the sky, landing directly on the ground.
Loki and Hisoka frowned upon seeing the newcomers: Gon and Bisky. Hisoka didn't know Bisky, but he knew Gon very well.
Even disguised, Hisoka doubted he could hide from Gon.
Fortunately, as soon as Gon and Bisky landed, Tsezguerra immediately engaged them in conversation, diverting their attention.
Hisoka whispered to Loki, "Should we continue? Gon might not recognize your appearance, but he'll definitely recognize me."
"It's fine. Let's continue. We'll deal with it if we're discovered," Loki replied calmly. Leaving now would be suspicious. They were already disguised; they might as well continue.
They could deal with any problems later.
After Tsezguerra finished speaking with Gon and Bisky, he introduced Loki and the others. Loki noticed Killua's absence, remembering their encounter at the docks. Killua had likely left Greed Island to take the Hunter Exam.
"This is the other team: Goreinu, Yohane Kurama, and Chrollo," Tsezguerra said, introducing the three.
Gon's eyes fell on Hisoka, and he gasped. Simultaneously, Bisky stared coldly at Loki. "It's you."
The atmosphere suddenly turned tense. Tsezguerra sensed something was amiss. "Did you have a conflict before?"
Loki spoke first. "We fought, but it wasn't a major conflict."
Gon stared at Loki, thinking, 'He's the one who defeated Bisky! He looks about my age, but he seems familiar...' Gon didn't dwell on it, turning to Hisoka. "What are you doing in the game?"
Hisoka's face stiffened. "I'm interested in this game. Is there a problem, Gon?"
"No! I didn't expect you to be interested in this game. It's surprising."
Gon readily accepted Hisoka's explanation. Bisky frowned.
She didn't know their relationship, but Hisoka had clearly lied; only Gon would believe it.
Yet, Gon's surprise at Hisoka's presence quickly faded, replaced by apparent delight at having him as a teammate.
Hisoka and Loki stood on the periphery as the others discussed their strategy. Hisoka whispered to Loki, "Close call!
Thankfully, Killua isn't with them." If Killua were present, things would have been far worse. Loki agreed; Killua's observation skills were sharp, and he would have noticed more.
Tsezguerra looked at Loki's group and then at Bisky. "I'm not sure about your previous conflict, but I hope you can put aside any external factors for now. Let's cooperate to conquer the Greed Island and stop the violent players."
Loki sat on a nearby rock, eyes closed, gazing at the sky. Hisoka leaned against a tree, playing with his cards.
Goreinu nodded awkwardly, and Gon readily agreed.
Bisky glanced at Gon, then at Loki. Having fought Loki, she knew how dangerous he was.
But this was a difficult mission; Tsezguerra had said that going it alone was impossible; they needed at least eight powerful players. Loki's presence was advantageous; his strength was undoubtedly the greatest among them.
With the team unified and roles assigned, Tsezguerra produced a spell card.
"Let's begin!" he said confidently. "With our strength, eight wins are guaranteed."
"Use Travel, Soufrabi."
The group flew towards their destination using Travel. Tsezguerra had already ascertained the conditions for obtaining the Greed Island and had met Razor once.
Loki flew at the rear, maintaining distance from Gon to avoid revealing his identity. He was also surprised; the events were unfolding very differently from the original storyline.
Tsezguerra had been the first to discover the Greed Island incident, and Killua was absent. Everything seemed to be deviating significantly from the original plot.
This wasn't ideal, but Loki wasn't overly concerned; his current power made him unafraid of unforeseen plot changes.
They soon reached Soufrabi.
Tsezguerra landed and explained, "To trigger the Greed Island event, at least fifteen people must arrive at Soufrabi using Travel simultaneously. Our task is to defeat Razor and his 14 Devils.
We've already assigned roles. To avoid complications, let's start immediately!"
Soufrabi was a unique coastal city, primarily functioning as a lighthouse to monitor those attempting to enter the game through unconventional means. Razor's role was to assess the strength of players clearing the game and protect Greed Island from outside intrusion.
The lighthouse's base housed Razor and a group of death row inmates.
Entering, they found themselves in a large gymnasium. Razor was playing volleyball. Hearing the door open, he turned, smiling. "You're here! I knew we'd meet again soon after you left last time!"
Tossing the volleyball aside, Razor looked at Tsezguerra. "I didn't expect it to be so soon! We'll win this time. Let's begin!"
Tsezguerra spoke confidently. Razor narrowed his eyes, smiling as he observed Tsezguerra's companions, starting with Gon, pausing for two seconds on Gon's expression, then turning to Hisoka, Bisky, and Goreinu, his eyes lingering on each of them. Razor was surprised. 'Strong. These guys are top-tier; their auras are extraordinary.'
He then observed Tsezguerra's other companions...
