Chapter 165 - HHES: Chapter 165

Abengane nodded after a moment's hesitation, glancing at Hisoka. This was the man who'd approached him a few days ago, offering a large sum of money for Nen Exorcism services.

"That's him, right?" Loki glanced back at Hisoka.

Hisoka nodded. "Yes."

Genthru looked at Loki, Hisoka, and Pakunoda.

The three of them looked intimidating, but Genthru didn't mind.

He approached with a smile. "You're here for the gathering, right? I'm Genthru. Nice to meet you!" He extended his hand towards Hisoka, but Hisoka ignored him completely.

Loki addressed Abengane, "If your ability is Nen Exorcism, I'll pay you 10 billion Jenny to remove someone's Nen." Without waiting for Abengane's response, Loki turned to Pakunoda.

"Let's go."

Pakunoda summoned her card book, preparing to use Travel. Hisoka watched Loki calmly, arms crossed.

Genthru, having just introduced himself, stood awkwardly in silence. Other players frowned, annoyed by their rudeness and disregard. Genthru's outstretched hand hung in mid-air, Hisoka completely ignoring him. His smile faltered.

"Hey! Who are you? You just barge in, don't even state your names, and plan to leave? If you're here to discuss strategies against the violent players, we welcome you. But if you're here to cause trouble, you've come to the wrong place." A group of players surrounded them.

Thirty or forty players surrounded them, looking menacing, as if they wanted to devour Loki and the others.

Genthru tried to intervene, "Everyone, calm down. I think they're just unfamiliar with everyone here..."

"Idiot, you're blocking my way! Get lost!"

As Genthru tried to speak for them, Loki, standing behind him, said coldly. Genthru froze again, his emotions complex, his eyes twitching.

'You little brat, did you even see me trying to help?!' 'Damn it, if it weren't for my plan, I'd give you a good beating.'

After a few seconds of hesitation, Genthru composed himself, smiling warmly. "Sorry, but you can't leave now. Everyone's upset about your sudden arrival.

If you apologize, they won't mind too much."

The others nodded in agreement. Loki's group's attitude was irritating. An apology would suffice. They barged in without a word, intending to leave without even a greeting.

Did they think everyone was invisible?!

Genthru continued, "Let's not get angry. We're all here for the gathering, we're all comrades! To deal with the violent players..."

Loki interrupted, his brow furrowed, his tone colder. "You! Get lost!"

Genthru was interrupted again, his body trembling slightly. He wanted to reprimand Loki, but his companions didn't intervene.

What did that mean? Did they think he was an idiot? Even other players couldn't stand it anymore.

"Genthru, step aside! This kid needs a lesson. He needs to learn that he can't just come and go as he pleases."

"Does he think this is a park?! You're asking for death, brat!"

The crowd was furious, but Genthru swallowed his anger, forcing a smile. "Everyone, calm down, we're all..."

"You talk too much.

Get lost if you don't want to die!"

Loki interrupted Genthru for the third time. Genthru shuddered, slowly turning his head.

"Kid, why do you keep interrupting me?"

"You talk too much."

"Why are you two with this idiotic brat?"

Genthru realized he couldn't communicate with Loki.

If this continued, he'd lose his temper.

Hisoka and Pakunoda smiled. Hisoka remained silent, playing with his cards. Pakunoda stepped forward, smiling. "He's not our companion. He's our boss."

She glanced at Genthru. "By the way, you're in trouble."

Insulting Loki was a death sentence in their eyes. A kid as their boss? The surrounding players burst into laughter after a moment of stunned silence.

Genthru looked down at Loki. "Kid, you're arrogant."

"Do you think hiring two people gives you free rein? This is Greed Island, a Nen user's game. Even with your money, don't be so arrogant."

Genthru had mistaken Loki for a wealthy man with two Nen users as bodyguards, based on the casually mentioned 10 billion Jenny and Hisoka and Pakunoda calling him boss.

Loki slowly raised his eyes. "Idiot, I haven't got time for you. Get lost if you don't want to die!"

All eyes turned to Genthru. Loki was incredibly arrogant. Genthru could barely contain his rage. He clenched his fist, Nen surging into it. The powerful Nen surprised the surrounding players; they hadn't realized how strong he was.

Now, it was clear he was above average.

He looked coldly at Loki. "Say that again."

Loki smiled faintly. He wanted to let this guy go, but he was pushing his luck.

"Get lost if you don't want to die!"

Genthru's face contorted with rage. His eyes narrowed. 'You forced my hand, brat!'

The instant Loki finished speaking, Genthru punched him in the face. He'd had enough of this arrogant kid who'd completely ignored him.

The sudden punch stunned the surrounding players. Such a powerful Nen attack would severely injure, if not kill, Loki. They were eager to see it; Loki and his group had completely ignored everyone.

Abengane, Loki's client, wanted to intervene, but Hisoka, standing beside him, calmly said, "Don't."

Two simple words, yet they echoed in Abengane's mind like thunder.

His back was instantly drenched in cold sweat. 'This guy is terrifying.'

Just a single word from Hisoka had filled Abengane with terror. Such a person wouldn't be easily swayed by money. This kid couldn't have simply hired them.

Abengane was still thinking this when Genthru's fist suddenly stopped. The powerful Nen was blocked by an incredibly weak Nen. A hand effortlessly grasped Genthru's fist.

Everyone was stunned.

Their surprise wasn't that Loki had blocked Genthru's attack—anyone in this game was capable of that—...
